【摘要】：汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國經(jīng)濟的重要支柱,20世紀90年代開始,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迎來了空前的大好時機,我國的汽車產(chǎn)銷量持續(xù)占據(jù)世界排行榜的第一位。隨之而來的是越來越多的地區(qū)建立專業(yè)的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園,成為中國經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下產(chǎn)業(yè)園城市化發(fā)展的一個方向。但從總體上看,傳統(tǒng)的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園在發(fā)展過程中存在園區(qū)規(guī)劃不合理、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不完整、配套設(shè)施不完善、后期發(fā)展動力不足等問題,與世界發(fā)達國家的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園相比還有相當大的差距。本文以滄州經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園為研究對象,通過對近10多年發(fā)展起來的長沙、常熟、宜昌、烏魯木齊、大連汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展模式和發(fā)展經(jīng)驗進行分析,采用產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論和SWOT理論等研究理論,運用文獻分析法、比較分析法、實證分析法等研究方法,對滄州經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)“十三五”時期汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部因素進行分析,總結(jié)出滄州經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園發(fā)展提出合理化的對策建議,幫助地方政府科學(xué)合理的做出正確決策,避免出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、土地資源浪費等現(xiàn)象,推動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園積極健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Automobile industry is an important pillar of China's economy since 1990s, the development of automobile industry has ushered in an unprecedented good opportunity, China's auto production and sales continue to occupy the first place in the world ranking. Following this, more and more regions establish professional automobile industry parks, which become a direction of urbanization under the new normal state of Chinese economy. But on the whole, there are some problems in the development of traditional automobile industry park, such as unreasonable planning, incomplete industrial structure, imperfect supporting facilities, insufficient power for later development and so on. Compared with the automobile industry park of the developed countries in the world, there is still quite big disparity. Taking Cangzhou Economic Development Zone as the research object, this paper analyzes the development model and experience of Changsha, Changshu, Yichang, Urumqi and Dalian Automobile Industry Park, which has been developed for more than 10 years. Using the industrial cluster theory, industrial structure theory and SWOT theory, using literature analysis, comparative analysis, empirical analysis and other research methods, This paper analyzes the external environment and internal factors of the automobile industry development in Cangzhou Economic Development Zone during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and summarizes the present development situation and existing problems of the automobile industry park in Cangzhou Economic Development Zone. In order to promote the positive and healthy development of auto industry park, this paper puts forward some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the development of automobile industry park, helps the local government to make the correct decision scientifically and reasonably, avoids the phenomenon of unreasonable industrial structure and waste of land resources, and promotes the positive and healthy development of automobile industry park.
