【摘要】：技術(shù)軌道理論是指導(dǎo)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新路徑選擇的重要理論,但存在局限。提出"商業(yè)模式軌道"概念,并通過中國百貨零售產(chǎn)業(yè)中京東商城和天貓商城的創(chuàng)新案例對比分析了商業(yè)模式軌道的存在性、形成過程和對應(yīng)的創(chuàng)新路徑。基于商業(yè)模式要素的演化,以創(chuàng)造新運(yùn)營模式和盈利模式為導(dǎo)向的創(chuàng)新路徑是商業(yè)模式軌道的形成結(jié)果。商業(yè)模式軌道理論擴(kuò)展了技術(shù)軌道理論,為后發(fā)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新路徑選擇提供了更廣闊的機(jī)會空間。
[Abstract]:The theory of technological track is an important theory to guide the choice of technological innovation path, but there are some limitations. This paper puts forward the concept of "business model track", and analyzes the existence, formation process and corresponding innovation path of business model track by comparing the innovation cases of JingDong Mall and Tmall Mall in the retail industry of Chinese department stores. Based on the evolution of business model elements, the innovation path oriented by creating new operation model and profit model is the result of the formation of business model track. The theory of business model orbit extends the theory of technological track and provides a broader opportunity space for the innovation path choice of the latecomer.
