【摘要】：基于企業(yè)微觀數(shù)據(jù),定量刻畫高鐵開通前后站區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)空間格局變動,并診斷和確定在不同階段的關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動要素及其貢獻(xiàn)度。結(jié)果表明,高鐵站區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)空間具有明顯的圈層結(jié)構(gòu),但“以高鐵站點(diǎn)為中心的向心集聚”在高鐵開通初始階段尚不明顯,開發(fā)強(qiáng)度并不隨著與站點(diǎn)距離增加而降低,核心區(qū)的開發(fā)強(qiáng)度小于影響區(qū)。除了圈層空間分異之外,產(chǎn)業(yè)分層集聚態(tài)勢凸顯,與高鐵乘客的商務(wù)特征相對應(yīng)的商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)在高鐵開通后空間集聚程度明顯高于其他幾類產(chǎn)業(yè);批發(fā)零售業(yè)、居民服務(wù)業(yè)和科技服務(wù)業(yè)與高鐵開通相關(guān)性不明顯;交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)和住宿餐飲業(yè)作為交通站區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè),相關(guān)程度介于以上兩類之間。從內(nèi)外兩方面驅(qū)動因素構(gòu)建的高鐵站區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)空間格局變動模型分析得出,除了交通條件、外部規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)等傳統(tǒng)區(qū)位因素外,產(chǎn)業(yè)屬性、地價對高鐵站區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)空間格局的變動有較大影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the microcosmic data of enterprises, this paper quantitatively describes the changes of industrial spatial pattern before and after the opening of high-speed railway, and diagnoses and determines the key driving factors and their contribution in different stages. The results show that the industrial space of the high-speed railway station area has an obvious ring structure, but the "concentric agglomeration centered on the high-speed railway station" is not obvious in the initial stage of the high-speed railway opening, and the development intensity does not decrease with the increase of the distance between the station and the railway station. The development intensity of the core area is smaller than that of the influence area. In addition to the spatial differentiation of the circle, the situation of industrial stratification and agglomeration is prominent. The degree of spatial agglomeration of the business service industry corresponding to the commercial characteristics of high-speed rail passengers is obviously higher than that of other industries after the opening of high-speed rail; wholesale and retail trade, There is no obvious correlation between the service industry of residents and the opening of high-speed railway, and the correlation between transportation and accommodation as the basic service industry of the transportation station area is between the above two categories. From the analysis of the industrial spatial pattern change model of high-speed railway station area constructed by internal and external driving factors, it is concluded that, in addition to the traditional location factors, such as traffic conditions, external economies of scale and so on, the industrial attributes, Land price has great influence on the change of industrial spatial pattern of high-speed railway station area.
