【摘要】：創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的興起,帶動(dòng)了大量依托舊廠區(qū)改造的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的涌現(xiàn)。但在建造中,許多創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)往往忽視了對(duì)園區(qū)景觀空間的營(yíng)造,導(dǎo)致最終建造的質(zhì)量良莠不齊,難以達(dá)到理想的改造效果。基于此,本文以A8藝術(shù)公社作為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)原有建造存在的問題為改造出發(fā)點(diǎn),并從城市整體層面,創(chuàng)新性地把園區(qū)的景觀改造與城市的更新演進(jìn)聯(lián)系在一起,進(jìn)一步探索依托舊廠區(qū)改造的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)景觀空間發(fā)展新方向。基于國(guó)內(nèi)外創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)相關(guān)理論研究成果和改造案例分析,提出以“共生”作為本文研究的視角。通過對(duì)A8藝術(shù)公社場(chǎng)地現(xiàn)狀問題和使用人群需求的分析,重新整合空間遺留資源,取締園區(qū)與周邊區(qū)域的界線,提出突破創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)空間與城市公共空間的界限,將創(chuàng)意階層與周邊居民的使用需求連結(jié)在一起,最大程度地實(shí)現(xiàn)A8藝術(shù)公社的功能復(fù)合。通過創(chuàng)造園區(qū)空間使用上的彈性,挖掘園區(qū)改造與地域文脈、區(qū)域環(huán)境的關(guān)聯(lián)性,旨在重新塑造A8藝術(shù)公社的景觀空間格局,力圖形成一個(gè)共生融合系統(tǒng),探索園區(qū)內(nèi)部空間功能之間、園區(qū)與區(qū)域之間、園區(qū)與城市之間不斷遞進(jìn)的共生關(guān)系。從異質(zhì)文化共存、空間使用需求、城市更新演進(jìn)這三個(gè)層面總結(jié)對(duì)A8藝術(shù)公社改造的意義。通過對(duì)A8藝術(shù)公社創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)景觀的試驗(yàn)性改造,為準(zhǔn)備建設(shè)和正在建設(shè)的這一類創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的景觀改造實(shí)踐提供新的啟迪。
[Abstract]:The rise of creative industries has led to the emergence of a large number of creative industrial parks that rely on the transformation of old factories. But in the process of construction, many creative industrial parks often ignore the construction of landscape space of the park, which leads to the uneven quality of the final construction, and it is difficult to achieve the ideal transformation effect. Based on this, this paper takes the A8 art commune as the research object, aiming at the existing problems of the original construction as the starting point, and innovatively connecting the landscape transformation of the park with the urban renewal and evolution from the overall level of the city. Further explore the new direction of landscape space development of creative industrial park relying on the old factory area transformation. Based on the theoretical research results of creative industry parks at home and abroad and the case analysis of transformation, this paper puts forward the "symbiosis" as the perspective of this study. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the A8 art commune site and the needs of the users, this paper reintegrates the space left over resources, outlaws the boundary between the park and the surrounding area, and puts forward a breakthrough in the boundary between the creative industry space and the urban public space. The creative class is combined with the needs of the surrounding residents, and the function of the A8 art commune is maximized. By creating the flexibility in the use of the space of the park, excavating the relationship between the transformation of the park, the regional context and the regional environment, the purpose is to remodel the landscape spatial pattern of the A8 art commune, and try to form a symbiotic fusion system. This paper explores the progressive symbiotic relationship between the inner space function of the park, between the park and the region, and between the park and the city. This paper summarizes the significance of A8 art commune transformation from three aspects: coexistence of heterogeneous culture, demand for space use and urban renewal and evolution. Through the experimental transformation of the landscape of the creative industrial park of A8 art commune, this paper provides new enlightenment for the landscape reconstruction practice of this kind of creative industry park which is being built and is being built.
