時(shí)代華納的集團(tuán)化道路及對(duì)我國的借鑒—產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈角度

【摘要】:傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)生活中扮演了重要的角色。作為文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)中的重要一支,傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)國家的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化有重大影響,是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長點(diǎn)。雖然我國傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)有著長足的進(jìn)步,但是我國起步晚、市場化程度低,加上受到或明或暗的種種限制,與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比有巨大差距。發(fā)達(dá)國家覬覦著我國巨大的傳媒市場,通過出售其傳媒產(chǎn)品贏得巨額利潤,同時(shí)還推銷了他們的價(jià)值觀念和政治理念。因此,我國必須要大力發(fā)展傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)。媒介集團(tuán)化是發(fā)展傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要路徑,是傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展成熟之后的產(chǎn)物。組建傳媒集團(tuán)的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于通過集團(tuán)化來形成成本優(yōu)勢(shì)、差異化,從而提高市場占有率,進(jìn)而提高市場進(jìn)入壁壘,為企業(yè)帶來競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)。美國傳媒業(yè)作為單獨(dú)的產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展比較成熟,而時(shí)代華納更是具有標(biāo)志性意義。時(shí)代華納作為美國乃至世界著名的傳媒集團(tuán),以美國傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)和世界傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展變化為背景,以產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的重塑為方法,進(jìn)行大規(guī)模兼并、重組。傳播技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn)突破了傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)之間以及傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)和其他產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的技術(shù)邊界、業(yè)務(wù)邊界、運(yùn)作邊界和市場邊界,順應(yīng)這一趨勢(shì),美國乃至世界傳媒產(chǎn)業(yè)政策進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整,產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的步伐加快。時(shí)代華納正是抓住這個(gè)機(jī)遇,不斷重塑集團(tuán)的產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)傳媒集團(tuán)化的意義。因此,時(shí)代華納重塑產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的集團(tuán)化道路具有典型的代表性,對(duì)我國媒介集團(tuán)化發(fā)展具有重要的借鑒意義。本文共分為五個(gè)章節(jié),第一章介紹了文章的選題背景、研究對(duì)象、研究目標(biāo)和思路、方法,以及文章的創(chuàng)新之處;第二章主要介紹媒介集團(tuán)化、時(shí)代華納和產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的文獻(xiàn)綜述;第三章主要介紹了時(shí)代華納的發(fā)展歷程;第四章是關(guān)于時(shí)代華納產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的塑造;最后一章在總結(jié)時(shí)代華納的集團(tuán)化經(jīng)驗(yàn)和結(jié)合我國實(shí)際情況的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國集團(tuán)化道路提出的幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:Media industry plays an important role in national economy and social life. As an important branch of the cultural and creative industries, the media industry has great influence on the politics, economy and culture of the country, and is a new growth point of the national economy. Although the media industry of our country has made great progress, but our country starts late, the degree of marketization is low, and all kinds of restrictions are either obvious or implicit, there is a huge gap compared with the developed countries. The developed countries covet our country's huge media market, earn huge profits by selling their media products, and sell their values and political ideas at the same time. Therefore, our country must vigorously develop the media industry. Media collectivization is an important way to develop media industry and a product after the development of media industry. The advantage of establishing media group lies in forming cost advantage and differentiation through collectivization so as to increase market share and market entry barrier and bring competitive advantage to enterprises. As a separate industry field, the media industry in America is mature, and time Warner has iconic significance. Time Warner, as a famous media group in the United States and even the world, takes the development and change of the media industry in the United States and the world as the background, and takes the remodeling of the industrial value chain as the method to carry out large-scale mergers and reorganization. The rapid development of communication technology has broken through the technical boundary, business boundary, operation boundary and market boundary between the media industry and between the media industry and other industries. The policy of media industry in the United States and the world has been adjusted accordingly, and the pace of industrial convergence has been quickened. Time Warner seize this opportunity, constantly reshape the group's industrial value chain, and truly realize the significance of media collectivization. Therefore, time Warner reinventing the industrial value chain of the collectivization road has a typical representative, which has important reference significance for the development of media collectivization in China. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, research objects, research objectives and ideas, methods and innovations of the article. Chapter two mainly introduces the media collectivization. The third chapter mainly introduces the development of time Warner, the fourth chapter is about the shaping of time Warner industrial value chain. In the last chapter, on the basis of summing up the experience of time Warner's collectivization and combining the actual situation of our country, some suggestions are put forward on the road of China's collectivization.
