【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是目前區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的最具活力的空間組織,是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要驅(qū)動(dòng)力和創(chuàng)新中心。以往的研究主要集中在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的內(nèi)涵、特征和形成機(jī)理等幾個(gè)方面,但產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為眾多相關(guān)企業(yè)的空間集聚體,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的空間產(chǎn)出效應(yīng)卻明顯研究不足。分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的系統(tǒng)演進(jìn),探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)促進(jìn)集群空間規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)的形成機(jī)理,重點(diǎn)從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和制度創(chuàng)新的視角對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的空間產(chǎn)出效應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析和研究。集群內(nèi)部的行為主體的耦合關(guān)系形成學(xué)習(xí)型組織,是空間產(chǎn)出的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力。集群的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新主要是非線性創(chuàng)新,空間聚集導(dǎo)致的專業(yè)化分工使集群獲得了額外的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)。技術(shù)溢出和制度創(chuàng)新可以強(qiáng)化集群的自組織演進(jìn),制度創(chuàng)新是集群經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的內(nèi)生變量,可以加速集群技術(shù)擴(kuò)散、知識(shí)溢出和交易費(fèi)用的降低,增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的空間產(chǎn)出效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is the most dynamic spatial organization of regional economic development at present. It is an important driving force and innovation center of economic development. Previous studies mainly focused on the connotation, characteristics and formation mechanism of industrial clusters, but industrial clusters as a spatial agglomeration of many related enterprises, the spatial output effect of industrial clusters is obviously lack of research. This paper analyzes the system evolution of industrial clusters, probes into the formation mechanism of network structure to promote the spatial economies of scale of clusters, and focuses on the analysis and study of the spatial output effects of industrial clusters from the perspective of technological innovation and institutional innovation. The main driving force of spatial output is the coupling relationship between the actors in the cluster to form a learning organization. The technological innovation of cluster is mainly nonlinear innovation, and the specialized division of labor caused by spatial agglomeration makes the cluster obtain additional economies of scale. Technology spillover and institutional innovation can strengthen the self-organization evolution of clusters. Institutional innovation is the endogenous variable of cluster economic growth, which can accelerate the cluster technology diffusion, reduce knowledge spillover and transaction costs, and enhance the spatial output effect of industrial clusters.
