【摘要】：本文基于2009-2014年省級面板數(shù)據,采用非徑向數(shù)據包絡分析(DEA)的方法測度商貿流通業(yè)的發(fā)展效率,構建空間計量模型,運用空間滯后模型(SLM)、空間杜賓模型(SDM)實證分析商貿流通業(yè)對產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化升級的影響效應及其空間溢出效應。結果發(fā)現(xiàn),商貿流通業(yè)效率水平的提升,可顯著提升本地區(qū)產業(yè)結構高級化程度和產業(yè)結構合理化程度,同時存在顯著的正向空間溢出效應,且對于產業(yè)結構高級化層面的影響更深。另外,本文還發(fā)現(xiàn)金融發(fā)展、政府投資對本地區(qū)和相鄰地區(qū)的產業(yè)結構調整同樣存在一定的影響效應。最后,基于上述研究提出了相關的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on 2009-2014 year provincial panel data, this paper uses the method of non radial data envelopment analysis (DEA) to measure the development efficiency of business circulation industry, constructs a spatial econometric model, uses space lag model (SLM) and spatial Dobbin model (SDM) to analyze the effect of trade circulation industry on industrial structure optimization and upgrading and its spatial spillover effect. The results show that the promotion of the efficiency level of trade flow can significantly improve the degree of industrial structure and the degree of rationalization of industrial structure in the region, and there is a significant positive spatial spillover effect, and it has a deeper impact on the level of industrial structure. In addition, this paper also finds the financial development and the government investment to the local and adjacent areas. Finally, based on the above research, relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
