【摘要】：本文利用2009—2014年省級面板數(shù)據(jù)對中國不同高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群三種外部性效應(yīng)的差異進行研究,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)的MAR溢出對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來負面影響,Jacobs溢出推動產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,Porter溢出對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響不顯著;(2)電子及通信設(shè)備制造業(yè)的MAR溢出對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來負面影響,Jacobs溢出效應(yīng)不顯著,同時Porter溢出對該行業(yè)發(fā)展起到促進作用;(3)計算機及辦公設(shè)備制造業(yè)MAR溢出效應(yīng)為正,但是該行業(yè)不存在Jacobs溢出,同時Porter溢出效應(yīng)為正;(4)醫(yī)療設(shè)備及儀器儀表制造業(yè)的MAR溢出對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來負面影響,Jacobs溢出效應(yīng)為正,Porter溢出影響效應(yīng)不顯著。文中對上述結(jié)果進行了總結(jié)分析,指出差異化結(jié)論的原因所在,并對各高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we use the provincial panel data from 2009-2014 to study the differences of three externalities in different high-tech industrial clusters in China. The results show that: 1) the MAR spillover of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has a negative impact on industrial development; MAR spillover of electronic and communication equipment industry has no significant impact on industrial development; MAR spillover of electronic and communications equipment manufacturing industry has brought about a negative impact on industrial development. The negative effect of Jacobs spillover effect was not significant. At the same time, Porter spillovers play a positive role in promoting the development of the industry. (3) the MAR spillover effect of computer and office equipment manufacturing industry is positive, but there is no Jacobs spillover in this industry. At the same time, the Porter spillover effect is positive. (4) the MAR spillover effect of medical equipment and instrument manufacturing industry has negative impact on the industry development. The MAR spillover effect of Porter spillover effect is not significant. This paper summarizes and analyzes the above results, points out the reasons for the conclusion of differentiation, and puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of high-tech industrial clusters.
