皖江示范區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用耦合關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)之間存在著相互影響和制約的關(guān)系,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移脅迫土地利用更加集約,土地的集約利用也會(huì)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移產(chǎn)生反饋效果。當(dāng)這二者之間形成協(xié)調(diào)、促進(jìn)的發(fā)展關(guān)系時(shí)才能實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)承接地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。為此,本文在闡明產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用耦合機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,將皖江示范區(qū)9個(gè)地級(jí)市作為研究案例,建立產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移以及土地集約利用綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用全局主成分分析法計(jì)算出皖江示范區(qū)9市的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用綜合評(píng)價(jià)值,并將各個(gè)公因子得分進(jìn)行分離,從而解釋皖江示范區(qū)9市各自綜合評(píng)價(jià)值得分高低的原因。其次,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型,計(jì)算各個(gè)城市2007~2014年間產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用的耦合度、耦合協(xié)調(diào)度和相對(duì)發(fā)展度,對(duì)其耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行時(shí)空演變與空間分異特征研究,探討皖江示范區(qū)9市產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用二者之間的耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。最后,通過(guò)Pearson相關(guān)分析方法對(duì)皖江示范區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用系統(tǒng)的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度與其影響因素進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,找出影響系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)研究期內(nèi)皖江示范區(qū)9個(gè)地級(jí)市產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移水平和土地集約利用水平總體上不斷提高,但各個(gè)城市間差異較大,發(fā)展極不平衡。由產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用綜合評(píng)價(jià)值得分原因分析可知,與其他因子相比,資金投入-產(chǎn)出因子得分對(duì)各城市產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移綜合評(píng)價(jià)值得分影響最大,土地投入-產(chǎn)出因子得分對(duì)各城市土地集約利用綜合評(píng)價(jià)值得分影響最大。(2)研究期內(nèi)皖江示范區(qū)各地市產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用耦合協(xié)調(diào)程度整體上不斷優(yōu)化,但是其耦合協(xié)調(diào)水平總體上處于勉強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)階段和初級(jí)協(xié)調(diào)階段。耦合協(xié)調(diào)度分布存在明顯的地域差異,耦合協(xié)調(diào)度高的城市連片分布,而耦合協(xié)調(diào)度低的城市分布相對(duì)分散。(3)由耦合協(xié)調(diào)度及其影響因素間的相關(guān)性分析可知,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、城鎮(zhèn)化率、土地投入產(chǎn)出效益是影響皖江示范區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用系統(tǒng)耦合協(xié)調(diào)度最大的因素,因此可以通過(guò)加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)、加快城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展、加大土地投入產(chǎn)出效益來(lái)促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和土地集約利用的耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The relationship between regional industrial transfer and intensive land use has mutual influence and restriction. Industrial transfer coerces land use to be more intensive and the intensive use of land will also produce feedback effect on industrial transfer. Only when the relationship between them is coordinated and promoted can the target of sustainable development of regional economy be realized. Therefore, on the basis of clarifying the coupling mechanism between industrial transfer and intensive land use, this paper takes 9 prefecture-level cities in Wanjiang River demonstration area as research cases to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for industrial transfer and intensive land use. The comprehensive evaluation values of industrial transfer and intensive utilization of land in 9 cities in Wanjiang demonstration area were calculated by using the global principal component analysis method, and the scores of each common factor were separated. Therefore, it explains the reasons why the comprehensive evaluation of 9 cities in the demonstration area of Anhui River is worth dividing. Secondly, the coupling coordination degree model of industrial transfer and land intensive utilization is constructed, and the coupling degree, coupling coordination degree and relative development degree of industrial transfer and land intensive utilization between 2007 and 2014 are calculated. The characteristics of spatio-temporal evolution and spatial differentiation are studied, and the coupled and coordinated development between industrial transfer and intensive land utilization in 9 cities in Wanjiang River demonstration area is discussed. Finally, through the Pearson correlation analysis method, the paper analyzes the coupling coordination degree of the industrial transfer and land intensive utilization system and its influencing factors, and finds out the problems that affect the coordinated development of the system. The results show that the industrial transfer level and land intensive utilization level of 9 prefecture-level cities in Wanjiang River demonstration area have been improved continuously during the period of study, but there are great differences among different cities and the development is extremely unbalanced. From the comprehensive evaluation of industrial transfer and intensive utilization of land, we can know that compared with other factors, the score of capital input-output factor has the greatest impact on the comprehensive evaluation of industrial transfer in each city. The land input-output factor score has a great impact on the comprehensive evaluation of intensive land use in each city.) during the study period, the coupling degree of industrial transfer and intensive land use in the demonstration area of Wanjiang River has been continuously optimized. However, the level of coupling coordination is generally at the stage of barely coordinating and primary coordination. There are obvious regional differences in the distribution of coupling coordination degree, the urban continuous distribution with high coupling coordination degree, while the urban distribution with low coupling coordination degree is relatively dispersed. (3) based on the analysis of the correlation between coupling coordination degree and its influencing factors, the industrial structure can be seen. The urbanization rate, the benefit of land input and output are the most important factors that influence the coupling and coordination between industrial transfer and land intensive utilization system in the demonstration area of Anhui River, so we can speed up the development of urbanization by strengthening industrial optimization and upgrading. Increase the benefit of land input and output to promote the coupling and coordinated development of industrial transfer and land intensive use.
