【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的普及,現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球范圍內(nèi)快速發(fā)展。物流行業(yè)是資源整合過程中的一種綜合服務(wù)類產(chǎn)業(yè),是一個(gè)國(guó)家或者地區(qū)在經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的重要組成部分,其發(fā)展水平也在一定程度上成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力和現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的重要標(biāo)志。近幾年,中部六省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較快,但仍然處于初級(jí)階段,存在諸多問題,并且,學(xué)者們對(duì)中部六省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)的研究不多,因此,科學(xué)客觀地評(píng)價(jià)中部六省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平,顯得至關(guān)重要。本文的研究對(duì)象是中部六省,包括江西、山西、湖北、湖南、河南和安徽。首先以物流產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點(diǎn),明確物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念,并給出物流產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基本內(nèi)涵。其次,通過六省的整體發(fā)展情況和各省的具體情況對(duì)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析。本文結(jié)合鉆石模型,分別從六個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了一套物流產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)分為5個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和15個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)。運(yùn)用德爾菲法和AHP層次分析法確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,結(jié)合灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法建立AHP-灰色關(guān)聯(lián)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)2013年,中部六省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。實(shí)證結(jié)果說明中部六省中,河南省擁有強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平,湖北、湖南兩省的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平較強(qiáng),山西省的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平較弱,江西省競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平最弱。進(jìn)一步地,根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,本文對(duì)六省的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平分別從綜合關(guān)聯(lián)度和各階層關(guān)聯(lián)度進(jìn)行分析,并提出研究對(duì)策,以提升六省的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平,保證中部六省的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)得以可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the popularization of Internet technology, modern logistics industry has developed rapidly in the world. Logistics industry is a comprehensive service industry in the process of resource integration, which is an important part of a country or region in economic competition. To a certain extent, its development level has become an important symbol to measure the comprehensive economic strength and modernization process of a country or region. In recent years, the logistics industry of the six central provinces has developed rapidly, but it is still in the primary stage, and there are many problems. Moreover, there are few researches on the evaluation of the competitiveness of the logistics industry in the six central provinces, so, It is very important to evaluate the competitiveness of logistics industry in six central provinces scientifically and objectively. The research object of this paper is six central provinces, including Jiangxi, Shanxi, Hubei, Hunan, Henan and Anhui. Based on the theory of logistics industry competitiveness and the characteristics of logistics industry, this paper defines the concept of logistics industry, and gives the basic connotation of logistics industry competitiveness. Secondly, through the overall development of six provinces and the specific situation of each province, the current situation of logistics industry is systematically analyzed. Combined with diamond model, this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system of logistics industry competitiveness from six aspects, the evaluation index is divided into 5 first class index and 15 second grade index. Using Delphi method and AHP Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each index, combined with grey relational analysis method to establish AHP- grey relational comprehensive evaluation model, the level of logistics industry competitiveness of six central provinces in 2013 was analyzed empirically. The empirical results show that Henan Province has a strong competitive level, Hubei and Hunan provinces have a strong competitiveness level, Shanxi Province has a weak competitiveness level, Jiangxi Province has the weakest competitiveness level. Further, according to the evaluation results, this paper analyzes the level of logistics industry competitiveness of six provinces from the comprehensive correlation degree and the level of correlation degree, and puts forward the research countermeasures to improve the competitiveness level of logistics industry in the six provinces. Ensure that the logistics industry in six central provinces can be sustainable development.
