【摘要】：本文應用微分對策理論研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)與政府的合作策略及成本分擔問題.構(gòu)建三方動態(tài)博弈模型,基于Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman方程分別求得非合作模式、政府扶持模式、協(xié)同合作模式三種情形下的最優(yōu)努力策略、產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)水平和最優(yōu)收益.比較發(fā)現(xiàn):戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)與地方政府的努力程度與效益影響系數(shù)、技術(shù)水平影響系數(shù)正相關(guān),與成本系數(shù)負相關(guān);從產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)水平和綜合效益的角度看,協(xié)同合作模式優(yōu)于非合作模式和政府扶持模式.同時,本文量化分析了政企努力程度和產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)水平,與效益分配比例和政府補貼比例的關(guān)系.補貼因子作為一種有效的調(diào)節(jié)機制,能夠促使戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)和地方政府共同努力,帶動區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the differential game theory is applied to study the strategic emerging industries, traditional industries and government cooperation strategies and cost sharing in the process of regional economic development.The three-party dynamic game model is constructed, and the optimal effort strategy, industrial technology level and optimal income are obtained under the three situations of non-cooperative model, government support model and cooperative cooperation model based on Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation.It is found that the degree of effort and benefit influence coefficient of traditional industry and local government, the influence coefficient of technology level are positive correlation, and negative correlation with cost coefficient, from the angle of industrial technology level and comprehensive benefit, the paper finds that the traditional industry and the local government have positive and negative correlation with the cost coefficient.Cooperation mode is superior to non-cooperation mode and government support mode.At the same time, this paper quantitatively analyzes the relationship between the degree of government and enterprise effort, the level of industry technology, the proportion of benefit distribution and the proportion of government subsidy.As an effective regulatory mechanism, subsidy factors can promote the strategic emerging industries, traditional industries and local governments to work together to promote regional social and economic development.
