【摘要】：中藥是我國的民族瑰寶,有著五千年悠久的歷史。它,毒副作用小,用藥相對安全,臨床療效確切,費(fèi)用相對低廉,尤其是在治療一些疑難雜癥時(shí)有著西藥無法比擬的優(yōu)勢。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),人類迎來了更為科學(xué)昌明的時(shí)代,對自然的尊崇和對科學(xué)法則的遵守,讓人們更加全面地認(rèn)識到了中藥在健康、養(yǎng)生、保健等方面的巨大潛力,于是,既能促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,又能保障人類健康的中藥產(chǎn)業(yè),成為了現(xiàn)代社會生活的寵兒,加大加快中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)的發(fā)展,必將為人類健康和文明進(jìn)步帶來極大的貢獻(xiàn)。蘄春縣,作為醫(yī)圣李時(shí)珍的故鄉(xiāng),發(fā)展中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)有著得天獨(dú)厚的條件:有醫(yī)圣李時(shí)珍的人文資源、境內(nèi)有豐富的中藥材資源,《本草綱目》中記載的1892種中藥材,有700多種適合在蘄春境內(nèi)種植。隨著國家中部崛起戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施、新醫(yī)改的不斷深入、國內(nèi)外消費(fèi)者對中藥產(chǎn)品的需求不斷擴(kuò)大,蘄春縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來了發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期。但是,在這個(gè)黃金時(shí)期,蘄春縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展遇到了瓶頸。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),蘄春縣2009年至2011中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值分為別4.86億元、5.74億元和8.26億元,呈現(xiàn)逐年上漲的趨勢。但是到了2012年,其產(chǎn)值為9.69億元,增長幅度減小,到2013年,其產(chǎn)值為9.54億元,不增反降,表明蘄春縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)開始走下坡路。本文發(fā)現(xiàn)蘄春縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅存在著中藥材種植業(yè)規(guī)模小、未形成中藥企業(yè)集群、缺乏高端研發(fā)人員等自身的劣勢,而且不斷受到“洋中藥”的沖擊和國內(nèi)中藥強(qiáng)省的挑戰(zhàn),自身的劣勢是導(dǎo)致蘄春縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)開始走下坡路的根本原因。如不消除劣勢,在各種外部的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn)下,蘄春縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)將步履維艱。本文基于蘄春縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行的SWOT分析,找出了蘄春縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢以及發(fā)展機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),認(rèn)為蘄春縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展應(yīng)該凸顯資源、文化優(yōu)勢,把握良好發(fā)展機(jī)遇,并且需要政府不斷改善中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境,逐漸消除劣勢,以迎接外部挑戰(zhàn)。本文的研究目的在于,力求探索出適合蘄春縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,這將是尋找如何將蘄春縣特色產(chǎn)業(yè)——中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、壯大之路的一種嘗試,希望它在蘄春縣中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展中發(fā)揮作用。
[Abstract]:Chinese medicine is the national treasure of our country, has a long history of five thousand years.It has less toxic side effects, relatively safe medication, exact clinical efficacy and relatively low cost, especially in the treatment of some difficult and complicated diseases have the advantage that western medicine can not compare.In the 21st century, mankind has ushered in a more scientific and prosperous era. The respect for nature and the observance of scientific laws have made people more fully aware of the great potential of traditional Chinese medicine in health, health, health care, and so on.The traditional Chinese medicine industry, which can not only promote economic growth but also guarantee human health, has become the darling of modern social life. To accelerate the development of traditional Chinese medicine is bound to bring great contribution to human health and civilization progress.Qichun County, as the hometown of medical saint Li Shizhen, has unique conditions for the development of the Chinese medicine industry: there are humanistic resources of the medical saint Li Shizhen, abundant resources of Chinese medicinal materials, and 1892 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials recorded in the Compendium of Materia Medica.There are more than 700 suitable for planting in Qichun.With the implementation of the strategy of the rise of central China and the deepening of the new medical reform, the demand of domestic and foreign consumers for traditional Chinese medicine products is expanding, and the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Qichun County has ushered in a golden period of development.However, in this golden period, Qichun County, the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry encountered a bottleneck.According to statistics, Qichun County from 2009 to 2011 Chinese medicine industry output value divided into 486 million yuan, 574 million yuan and 826 million yuan, showing a rising trend year by year.But in 2012, its output value was 969 million yuan, the increase was reduced, by 2013, its output value was 954 million yuan, not increasing, but falling, indicating that Qichun County's traditional Chinese medicine industry began to decline.This paper finds that the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Qichun County not only has its own disadvantages, such as the small scale of traditional Chinese medicine planting industry, not forming a cluster of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises and lack of high-end R & D personnel, but also is constantly affected by the impact of "foreign Chinese medicine" and the challenge of a strong province of Chinese medicine in China.Its inferiority is the root cause of the decline of Qichun traditional Chinese medicine industry.If we do not eliminate the disadvantages, Qichun County's traditional Chinese medicine industry will struggle under various external shocks and challenges.Based on the SWOT analysis of Qichun traditional Chinese medicine industry, this paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of Qichun traditional Chinese medicine industry, as well as the opportunities and challenges for its development, and holds that the development of Qichun traditional Chinese medicine industry should highlight the resources, cultural advantages, and grasp the good development opportunities.And need the government to improve the development environment of traditional Chinese medicine industry, gradually eliminate disadvantages to meet external challenges.The purpose of this paper is to explore a strategy suitable for the development of Qichun County's traditional Chinese medicine industry, which will be an attempt to find out how to develop the traditional Chinese medicine industry, which is the characteristic industry of Qichun County, and how to expand the traditional Chinese medicine industry.Hope that it in Qichun County in the further development of traditional Chinese medicine industry to play a role.
