【摘要】：奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)作為我國(guó)的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)于南方地區(qū)產(chǎn)奶水平提高和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化具有重要意義,同時(shí)也是解決當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民增收問(wèn)題的重要舉措。云南省作為我國(guó)南方地區(qū)奶水牛養(yǎng)殖大省,擁有豐富的飼草飼料和水牛種畜資源,以及適宜水牛生長(zhǎng)的氣候條件,但是近幾年云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展緩慢,奶水牛種群數(shù)量和水牛奶產(chǎn)量均沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)較大突破,在畜牧業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的比重相對(duì)較小。同時(shí)云南省水牛奶加工企業(yè)缺乏核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)產(chǎn)品,總體市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力較弱,沒(méi)有發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)作用。隨著國(guó)家和當(dāng)?shù)卣牟粩嗤度?云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)需要找到發(fā)展的突破口,而這正是云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的重要挑戰(zhàn)。本文以云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用有關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論,并對(duì)云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)中的奶水牛養(yǎng)殖和龍頭企業(yè)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行全面性的分析與研究。同時(shí)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合云南省的實(shí)際情況,探索云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展思路。最后,在前面分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出推動(dòng)云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的措施。全文共六章,主要分為三個(gè)部分:第一部分(第一、二章)是全文的基礎(chǔ),主要對(duì)研究背景、研究意義、以及國(guó)內(nèi)外奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述并分析其發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn);第二部分(第三、四章)是全文的主體,從產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程和意義著手,分別對(duì)云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)中的養(yǎng)殖現(xiàn)狀、養(yǎng)殖效益、組織模式和水牛奶加工龍頭企業(yè)的規(guī)模、生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品種類(lèi)等方面做了分析,并對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析研究;第三部分(第五、六章)為全文的重點(diǎn),在前文分析與研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從發(fā)展思路、發(fā)展原則、主要任務(wù)、發(fā)展布局等四個(gè)方面提出云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,并從政策、資金、技術(shù)與服務(wù)體系、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈建設(shè)與利益機(jī)制等方面,提出了做大做強(qiáng)云南奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)的措施建議。通過(guò)對(duì)云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)、全面地分析研究發(fā)現(xiàn),云南省的奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)具有較強(qiáng)的發(fā)展?jié)摿?但同時(shí)也存在著養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)落后、配套設(shè)施不健全以及加工龍頭企業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模較小、帶動(dòng)能力不夠等問(wèn)題,因此政府要做好云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃、加大資金、技術(shù)等方面的支持;水牛奶加工龍頭企業(yè)要優(yōu)化水牛奶產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,做優(yōu)水牛奶產(chǎn)品、做強(qiáng)云南水牛奶品牌,通過(guò)政府和企業(yè)的協(xié)同作用,不斷做大、做強(qiáng)云南省奶水牛產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The milk cow industry as an emerging industry in China, is of great significance to improve the level of milk production and optimization of industrial structure of agriculture in the southern region, but also an important measure to solve the problem of income of local farmers. Yunnan province is a big province of buffalo milk farming in South China, with abundant forage and livestock resources, suitable for buffalo, buffalo the growth of climatic conditions, but the development of milk cow industry of Yunnan Province in recent years is slow, population and water buffalo milk production did not achieve great breakthrough in animal husbandry economy in the proportion of relatively small. At the same time, Yunnan province milk processing enterprises lack of core competitive products, the overall market competition ability is weak, does not give full play to the industry leading role. With state and local governments continue to invest in the buffalo dairy industry in Yunnan province need to find a breakthrough in the development, which is the Yunnan province buffalo milk An important challenge faced by industry. The buffalo industry in Yunnan Province as the research object, combined with the development status of buffalo milk industry, using the relevant economic theories, and to conduct a comprehensive analysis and Research on the existence of buffalo milk industry in Yunnan province and the leading enterprise in Buffalo culture. At the same time learn from the development experience at home and abroad milk buffalo industry developed area, combined with the actual situation of Yunnan Province, research on the development of buffalo industry in Yunnan province. Through the system of milk cattle industry in Yunnan Province, a comprehensive analysis of the study found that Yunnan province buffalo milk industry has strong development potential, but there are also breeding Backward technology, small scale of production facilities is not perfect and processing enterprises, driven by the problem of ability is not enough, so the government should make a development plan, buffalo dairy industry in Yunnan province to increase capital and technology support; water milk processing enterprises to optimize the water milk products industry chain, excellent water milk products do. Yunnan water milk brand, through the synergy of government and enterprises bigger and stronger, the milk cow industry of Yunnan province.
