產業(yè)集群知識資源配置與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:產業(yè)集群是企業(yè)間在時空上的一種聚集方式,集群中的主體通過不同構成要素的流動而緊密聯(lián)系,它能有效整合區(qū)域內經濟和社會資源,提升區(qū)域整體競爭力,促進當?shù)乜萍寂c經濟發(fā)展的規(guī)模化。同時,產業(yè)集群能夠為企業(yè)間的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新提供交流平臺與制度約束,加強集群內企業(yè)間的聯(lián)系,提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力,F(xiàn)階段產業(yè)集群內企業(yè)在地理位置上呈現(xiàn)帶狀分布,缺少相應的互動與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。同時知識資源的更新速度加快,技術進步周期越來越短,企業(yè)依靠自身技術創(chuàng)新以及技術改良無法適應經濟的快速發(fā)展。企業(yè)必須通過協(xié)同創(chuàng)新實現(xiàn)技術的革新與改良。企業(yè)在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新路徑選擇以利益最大化為依據,由于產業(yè)集群中的企業(yè)出于對協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的風險與既得利益的考慮,不愿與其他企業(yè)進行協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,導致追求利益最大化的個人理性和集體理性存在矛盾,無法實現(xiàn)產業(yè)集群內企業(yè)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。產業(yè)集群中的競爭力來源于集群企業(yè)間交互的協(xié)同作用與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。企業(yè)之間的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新是一個自組織過程,其中正負反饋機制的非線性作用促進集群創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同演化。探究產業(yè)集群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的運作機理,分析集群企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新路徑對我國產業(yè)集群競爭力的提升具有借鑒意義。本文研究產業(yè)集群知識資源配置與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,主要工作如下:(1)在國內外關于產業(yè)集群知識資源配置與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究的基礎上,將協(xié)同學理論與知識資源的優(yōu)化配置理論相結合,對產業(yè)集群知識資源優(yōu)化配置的內涵、特征、要素、目標定位和組織形式等進行研究,探究產業(yè)集群知識資源配置過程的影響因素,構造產業(yè)集群知識資源優(yōu)化配置模型。(2)結合產業(yè)集群知識資源的特性,以產品生命周期理論(PLM)理論視角尋找產業(yè)集群知識資源優(yōu)化配置與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的關系。得出產業(yè)集群的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新經歷萌芽期、成長期、成熟期和衰退期四個階段。在萌芽期階段,產業(yè)集群的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新建立在知識資源共享基礎上,以顯性、隱性知識作為中介變量,研究知識的固有特性、知識的傳播途徑、知識主體特性、內生激勵、外生激勵五個變量與知識共享間的關系。在成長期階段,從宏觀與微觀對產業(yè)集群的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新影響因子加以比較,探尋產業(yè)集群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的影響要素。構造產業(yè)集群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新因子的模型圖,得出影響產業(yè)集群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的影響因素,并基于對安徽省汽車產業(yè)集群的調研結果,運用結構方程加以檢驗。(3)通過博弈演化,分析產業(yè)集群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新過程中利益相關者的策略、選擇與協(xié)作關系,構建實施博弈模型,模擬產業(yè)集群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的動態(tài)實施路徑和過程,提出改進集群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的措施方法,給出相應的保障機制和政策措施建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is a kind of agglomeration mode between enterprises in time and space. The main body in cluster is closely connected by the flow of different constituent elements. It can effectively integrate the economic and social resources in the region and promote the overall competitiveness of the region. Promoting the scale of local science, technology and economic development. At the same time, industrial clusters can provide communication platform and institutional constraints for collaborative innovation among enterprises, and strengthen inter-firm ties within the cluster. At the present stage, enterprises in industrial clusters present a zonal distribution of geographical location, lacking of corresponding interaction and collaborative innovation. At the same time, the renewal speed of knowledge resources is quickened, and the period of technological progress is becoming shorter and shorter. Depending on their own technological innovation and technological improvement, enterprises can not adapt to the rapid development of economy. Enterprises must realize technological innovation and improvement through collaborative innovation. The choice of cooperative innovation path is based on the maximization of benefits. Because the enterprises in the industrial cluster are unwilling to carry out collaborative innovation with other enterprises out of the consideration of the risks and vested interests of collaborative innovation, it leads to the contradiction between individual rationality and collective rationality in pursuit of maximization of benefits. The competitiveness of industrial cluster comes from the synergy and innovation among enterprises. The collaborative innovation among enterprises is a self-organizing process. Among them, the nonlinear effect of positive and negative feedback mechanism promotes the cooperative evolution of cluster innovation system. This paper studies the allocation of knowledge resources and collaborative innovation of industrial clusters. The main work is as follows: (1) on the basis of domestic and foreign researches on the allocation of knowledge resources and collaborative innovation of industrial clusters, combining the theory of synergy with the theory of optimal allocation of knowledge resources, the connotation and characteristics of the optimal allocation of knowledge resources in industrial clusters are discussed. The factors, target orientation and organization form are studied to explore the influencing factors of the process of industrial cluster knowledge resource allocation, and to construct the model of optimizing industrial cluster knowledge resource allocation, which combines the characteristics of industrial cluster knowledge resource. The relationship between the optimal allocation of knowledge resources and collaborative innovation in industrial clusters is explored from the perspective of product life cycle theory (PLM). It is concluded that the collaborative innovation of industrial clusters has four stages: budding, growing, maturing and declining. The collaborative innovation of industrial clusters is based on the sharing of knowledge resources, taking explicit and tacit knowledge as intermediary variables, studying the inherent characteristics of knowledge, the way of knowledge transmission, the characteristics of knowledge subject, and the endogenous motivation. The relationship between the five variables of exogenous incentive and knowledge sharing. This paper explores the influencing factors of industrial cluster collaborative innovation, constructs the model diagram of industrial cluster collaborative innovation factor, obtains the influencing factors of industrial cluster collaborative innovation, and based on the investigation results of Anhui automobile industry cluster, Through game evolution, the strategy of stakeholders in the process of industrial cluster collaborative innovation is analyzed, the relationship between selection and cooperation is selected, and the implementation game model is constructed. This paper simulates the dynamic implementation path and process of industrial cluster collaborative innovation, puts forward the measures to improve cluster collaborative innovation, and gives the corresponding safeguard mechanism and policy suggestions.
