【摘要】：在全面質(zhì)量管理實(shí)施改革方面,建筑行業(yè)已經(jīng)落后于其他行業(yè),全面質(zhì)量管理理論在制造業(yè)和其他行業(yè)的成功實(shí)踐,迫使建筑行業(yè)采用全面質(zhì)量管理理論。文章一開始概述了建筑行業(yè)質(zhì)量的必要性,然后簡述了全面質(zhì)量管理的基本概念、思想理論及發(fā)展史,組建了全面質(zhì)量管理的基本框架模型,最后結(jié)合工作應(yīng)用于工程實(shí)踐中。本文通過對惠普(濟(jì)寧)產(chǎn)業(yè)基地一期工程前期質(zhì)量狀況、工程設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量狀況、工程施工質(zhì)量狀況、工程采購和招標(biāo)質(zhì)量狀況的描述,全面分析公司管理保障體系存在的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了解決問題的措施方案,最終形成了以最高管理層的承諾、質(zhì)量文化、戰(zhàn)略質(zhì)量管理、設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理流程管理、合作商的質(zhì)量管理、教育和培訓(xùn)、授權(quán)和參與、信息和分析、客戶滿意度為框架的惠普(濟(jì)寧)產(chǎn)業(yè)基地全面質(zhì)量管理保障體系,并應(yīng)用于二期工程建設(shè)實(shí)踐。在實(shí)踐中不斷探索、總結(jié)、完善。
[Abstract]:In the implementation of total quality management reform, the construction industry has lagged behind other industries, total quality management theory in manufacturing and other industries of successful practice, This paper first summarizes the necessity of the quality of the construction industry, and then briefly describes the basic concept, ideological theory and history of development of total quality management. The basic frame model of total quality management is set up and applied to engineering practice in the end. This paper analyzes the quality status of the first phase of the Hewlett-Packard (Jining) industrial base project, the quality of the engineering design, the quality of the project construction. On the basis of the description of the quality situation of project procurement and bidding, the problems existing in the management and guarantee system of the company are comprehensively analyzed, and on the basis of this, the measures to solve the problem are put forward, and finally the quality culture is formed with the commitment of the highest management level. Strategic quality management, design quality management process management, partner quality management, education and training, authorization and participation, information and analysis, customer satisfaction as the framework of HP (Jining) industrial base total quality management system, And applied to the second phase construction practice. In practice, continue to explore, summary, perfect.
