【摘要】：廣東省海岸線綿延千里,有著豐富的海洋漁業(yè)資源,羅非魚(yú)養(yǎng)殖面積和養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)量較大,是廣東漁業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分。如今廣東已成為我國(guó)乃至世界上羅非魚(yú)出口產(chǎn)量最多的地區(qū)之一。由于種種原因,目前羅非魚(yú)外貿(mào)情況在國(guó)際上具有相當(dāng)大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,一是面對(duì)東南亞等國(guó)家的水產(chǎn)品出口的激勵(lì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),二是隨著海洋水質(zhì)惡化,過(guò)度捕撈等因素使我國(guó)失去了自然優(yōu)勢(shì),三是貿(mào)易摩擦不斷升級(jí)等一系列因素和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)入瓶頸期的條件下,水產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)顯得十分重要。本文主要的研究問(wèn)題是:在現(xiàn)今面臨的困境下,以羅非魚(yú)為代表的相關(guān)水產(chǎn)品行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)之路的研究,對(duì)其進(jìn)行全新的技術(shù)進(jìn)步,產(chǎn)品升級(jí)所采取的措施,并通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)聯(lián)水產(chǎn)公司個(gè)案的調(diào)研分析,從而提出針對(duì)性的相關(guān)解決措施。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容是我國(guó)羅非魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。從廣東省羅非魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點(diǎn),分析羅非魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)羅非魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的優(yōu)秀個(gè)案經(jīng)驗(yàn)措施,分析其轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的具體方向,從而為廣東省傳統(tǒng)羅非魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)提供對(duì)策。具體內(nèi)容是:第一章為導(dǎo)言部分,闡述研究目的及意義系統(tǒng)介紹文章的背景;總結(jié)文獻(xiàn)綜述,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究并得出自己的研究結(jié)論。第二章根據(jù)闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ),以此來(lái)引出下文。第三章介紹了廣東羅非魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,從種苗、養(yǎng)殖、加工三個(gè)方面結(jié)合相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述。第四章介紹了羅非魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題,存在病害嚴(yán)重、養(yǎng)殖體系不完善、加工產(chǎn)品較為低端、存在安全質(zhì)量和市場(chǎng)規(guī)模小等問(wèn)題。第五章介紹了廣東羅非魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的狀況,這部分將以湛江市國(guó)聯(lián)水產(chǎn)公司所進(jìn)行的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)措施為個(gè)案展開(kāi)具體詳細(xì)的論述,以羅非魚(yú)的產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈種苗,養(yǎng)殖,飼料,加工為視角,從技術(shù)突破升級(jí)視角對(duì)廣東羅非魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型和升級(jí)路徑進(jìn)行歸納和總結(jié)。第六章則是對(duì)廣東羅非魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)相關(guān)對(duì)策措施的論述,借鑒之前的成功個(gè)案,總結(jié)出對(duì)廣東羅非魚(yú)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Guangdong Province has a coastline of thousands of miles, rich marine fishery resources, tilapia farming area and production is large, Guangdong is an important part of the fishery economy in Guangdong. Today, Guangdong has become one of the regions with the largest export output of tilapia in China and in the world. For various reasons, the current situation of tilapia foreign trade is under considerable international competition pressure. First, in the face of the incentive competition for the export of aquatic products from Southeast Asia and other countries, and second, with the deterioration of marine water quality, overfishing and other factors, our country has lost its natural advantage. Third, a series of factors, such as escalating trade friction and the bottleneck period of industrial development, make the transformation and upgrading of aquatic products industry very important. The research on the road of the transformation and upgrading of the related aquatic products industry, represented by tilapia, carries on the brand-new technical progress, the measures to upgrade the products, and through the investigation and analysis of the case of Guolian Aquatic Company, The main content of this paper is the transformation and upgrading of China's tilapia industry. From the point of view of the current situation of the development of the tilapia industry in Guangdong Province, this paper analyzes the problems facing the development of the tilapia industry. Combined with the outstanding experience and measures of the domestic tilapia industry transformation and upgrading, this paper analyzes the specific direction of its transformation and upgrading, thus providing countermeasures for the upgrading of the traditional tilapia industry in Guangdong Province. The specific content is: the first chapter is the introduction, The purpose and significance of the research are introduced systematically, the literature review is summarized, the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the related industries is analyzed and their own research conclusions are drawn. The second chapter elaborates the theoretical basis of the industrial upgrading. The third chapter introduces the current situation of the development of tilapia industry in Guangdong Province, from the seeding and breeding, The fourth chapter introduces the problems existing in the development of tilapia industry, including serious diseases, imperfect breeding system, low end of processed products, and so on. The fifth chapter introduces the situation of the transformation and upgrading of the tilapia industry in Guangdong, which will be discussed in detail by taking the industrial upgrading measures carried out by Guolian Fisheries Company of Zhanjiang City as a case study. From the perspective of tilapia industry value chain seedling, breeding, feed, processing, From the perspective of technological breakthrough and upgrading, the transformation and upgrading path of the tilapia industry in Guangdong are summarized and summarized. The sixth chapter discusses the countermeasures and measures related to the transformation and upgrading of the tilapia industry in Guangdong, and draws lessons from the previous successful cases. Summarized the Guangdong tilapia industry transformation and upgrading of the relevant countermeasures.
