【摘要】：環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展關(guān)系失衡給當今人類社會提出了嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。一系列重大環(huán)境生態(tài)問題，不僅嚴重制約了社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性，而且對人類生存構(gòu)成威脅。對于正處于發(fā)展中的中國來說，現(xiàn)階段面臨兩種巨大壓力，，一種來自國內(nèi)壓力，快速的工業(yè)化和城市化伴隨著大規(guī)模的自然資源消耗，也帶來了極大的國內(nèi)環(huán)境壓力；另一種壓力來自國際，隨著中國國際地位的提高，中國簽署的國際環(huán)保公約數(shù)量與公約所覆蓋的范圍將不斷擴大，中國將承擔更多的國際環(huán)保義務(wù)。 國內(nèi)和國際環(huán)境壓力促使中國不斷加強環(huán)境治理力度，隨之而來的是對我國長三角紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟增長的隱憂，即環(huán)境規(guī)制是否會影響長三角紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟增長。在這一背景下，研究環(huán)境規(guī)制對長三角紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的影響，探索經(jīng)濟增長與環(huán)保相容的均衡發(fā)展模式，具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。 作者從不同角度出發(fā)，通過理論和實證分析，對環(huán)境規(guī)制與紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的影響進行研究，為政府的環(huán)境規(guī)制提供借鑒和建議，以求政府制定的環(huán)境規(guī)制政策既能解決環(huán)境問題，又能最小化對紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的負面影響。作者在參閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于環(huán)境規(guī)制對紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力影響的理論分析和實證分析，希望能夠推動國內(nèi)的相關(guān)研究，促進我國長三角紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The imbalance of the relationship between environment and economic development poses a severe challenge to human society. A series of major environmental and ecological problems not only seriously restrict the sustainability of social and economic development, And it poses a threat to the survival of mankind. For China, which is in the process of developing, there are two kinds of great pressures, one is domestic pressure, the other is rapid industrialization and urbanization, which is accompanied by large-scale consumption of natural resources. It also brings great domestic environmental pressure. Another kind of pressure comes from the international community. With the improvement of China's international status, the number of international environmental protection conventions that China has signed and the scope of the conventions will continue to expand. China will undertake more international environmental protection obligations. Domestic and international environmental pressures have prompted China to continuously strengthen environmental governance, with the attendant hidden worries about the economic growth of China's textile industry in the Yangtze River Delta. That is, whether the environmental regulation will affect the economic growth of the textile industry in the Yangtze River Delta. Under this background, this paper studies the impact of environmental regulation on the competitiveness of the textile industry in the Yangtze River Delta, and explores the balanced development model of the compatibility between economic growth and environmental protection. It has very important theoretical and practical significance. From different angles, through theoretical and empirical analysis, the author studies the impact of environmental regulation and textile industry competitiveness, and provides reference and suggestions for government environmental regulation. In order to solve the environmental problems and minimize the negative impact on the international competitiveness of textile industry, the author has made the environmental regulation policy. This paper summarizes the theoretical and empirical analysis of the impact of environmental regulation on the competitiveness of textile industry at home and abroad, hoping to promote the relevant domestic research and promote the sustainable development of textile industry in Yangtze River Delta.
