【摘要】：最近幾年以來,民眾大力倡導(dǎo)建立生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè),以促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)資源的高效利用,各地政府積極制定相應(yīng)的政策響應(yīng)民眾的呼聲,加快農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的步伐。河源市在鷹嘴蜜桃的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中,注重生態(tài)理念,并將鷹嘴蜜桃種植園作為旅游熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行發(fā)展,取得了較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)和社會(huì)效益。但是,河源市的鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)在其發(fā)展過程中,不可避免地存在一些問題,這些問題影響著鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)效率,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)河源市鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)快速穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,并為粵東北山區(qū)的蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考及借鑒,值得探討。本研究在對(duì)河源鷹嘴蜜桃的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展史、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和水平進(jìn)行初步探究的基礎(chǔ)上,在價(jià)值鏈與農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化相關(guān)理論的指導(dǎo)下,運(yùn)用三種具體的研究方法,深入探討了河源鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,分析了其存在問題的原因,并以河源市連平縣上坪鎮(zhèn)鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為例,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和探究,最后,提出了更好地發(fā)展河源鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)相對(duì)應(yīng)的策略。希望此研究為河源鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供可資借鑒和參考的價(jià)值,能夠加快促進(jìn)河源鷹嘴蜜桃的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展,提高資源利用率,起到帶頭示范作用,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。本文從內(nèi)容上分為三大部分。一是理論分析部分,本文的研究主要是參照價(jià)值鏈的相關(guān)概念及理論基礎(chǔ)而來,包括價(jià)值鏈與農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化相關(guān)理論分析,主要研究農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的相關(guān)內(nèi)容;二是實(shí)證研究部分,以河源鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)為例,在深入調(diào)查鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展前景的同時(shí),分析了鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題。然后從三個(gè)方面:內(nèi)部價(jià)值鏈、縱向價(jià)值鏈和橫向價(jià)值鏈的角度,分析了問題的原因;三是對(duì)策部分,提出河源鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策:第一,完善鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)前產(chǎn)后保障體系建設(shè);第二,提升鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新和管理水平;第三,擴(kuò)大鷹嘴蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模以推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people have vigorously advocated the establishment of ecological agriculture in order to promote the efficient use of agricultural resources. Local governments have actively formulated corresponding policies to respond to the voice of the public. In the course of the agricultural industry development of Hawk mouth peach, Heyuan has paid attention to the ecological concept and developed the hawk peach plantation as a tourist hot spot, and has achieved a large economy. However, in the course of its development, there are inevitably some problems, which affect the efficiency of hawk peach industry, and how to realize the rapid and steady development of hawk peach industry in Heyuan City. It is worth discussing the industry development history, development status and level of peaches in Heyuan Eagle mouth, based on the reference and reference for the development of nectarine industry and the sustainable development of agriculture in the mountain area of eastern and northern Guangdong, this study is based on the preliminary exploration of the industry development history, the present situation and the level of the peaches in Heyuan. Under the guidance of the theory of value chain and agricultural industrialization, using three specific research methods, this paper deeply discusses the problems existing in the development of the peaches industry in Heyuan Eagle mouth, and analyzes the reasons for the problems. Taking the development of Yingzui peach industry in Shangping Town, Lianping County, Heyuan City as an example, the paper makes a detailed analysis and exploration, and finally, It is hoped that this study can provide reference and reference value for the development of Heyuan hawk peaches industry, and accelerate the industrialization development of Heyuan hawkmouth nectaries peaches, and put forward the corresponding strategies for the better development of the peaches industry in Heyuan Hawk mouth, and hope that this study can provide reference and reference value for the development of the peaches industry in Heyuan Eagle mouth. This paper is divided into three parts from the content. One is the theoretical analysis part. The research of this paper mainly refers to the related concepts and theoretical basis of the value chain. Including the value chain and agricultural industrialization related theoretical analysis, mainly research the relevant content of agricultural industry value chain; second, empirical research part, taking He-yuan Hawk mouth nectarine industry as an example, on the basis of in-depth investigation of the current situation of hawk peach industry, At the same time, the paper analyzes the problems existing in hawk peach industry. Then it analyzes the reasons from three aspects: internal value chain, vertical value chain and horizontal value chain. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development of HYYUAN nectar peach industry: first, to perfect the prenatal and postnatal safeguard system of hawk peach industry; second, to improve the technology innovation and management level of hawkmouth peach industry; third, to improve the level of science and technology innovation and management of hawkmouth peach industry. To expand the scale of peaches industry in order to promote the industrialization process.
