【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會,海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為了一個影響國際競爭力的重要因素。隨著科技的進(jìn)步,對海洋資源的開發(fā)利用日趨成熟,對海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的重視程度也越來越高。因此,對海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究越來越深入。一個地區(qū)的海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力大小與整體競爭力密切相關(guān)。對于一個國家或地區(qū)來說,如何提高海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力至關(guān)重要。產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的研究作為當(dāng)前研究課題的熱點(diǎn),本文首先對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行探究,介紹不同學(xué)者對其定義的理解以及產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的研究溯源。從國際產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力兩大分類的角度來進(jìn)行分析,并以海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)為例,對海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力作出深入研究。在實(shí)證研究方法上,首先運(yùn)用波士頓矩陣,選取上海市主要海洋發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè),采集數(shù)據(jù),對上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力進(jìn)行全面分析。從波士頓矩陣的基本理論入手,對上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行分類,并結(jié)合波士頓矩陣的應(yīng)用法則,將不同類別的海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與全國水平進(jìn)行比較,從而對上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行綜合評價。然后,從選取的八個典型產(chǎn)業(yè)出發(fā),構(gòu)建上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價指標(biāo)體系,采集2007-2011五年的數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用熵值法進(jìn)行測算,刻畫上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力來源以及趨勢。通過分析可以發(fā)現(xiàn),海洋科技發(fā)展在海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)中的地位舉足輕重,尤其海洋電力對整個海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力貢獻(xiàn)巨大,交通運(yùn)輸及濱海旅游對其也有著較大的推動作用。最后,根據(jù)得出的結(jié)果,對上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)提出維持對海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的科技支持,并建設(shè)完善海洋科技市場,優(yōu)化海洋旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),保證濱海旅游業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益;同時規(guī)范海洋交通運(yùn)輸?shù)墓芾?使之又好又快地發(fā)展的建議。本文主要分為6個部分:第一部分為緒論:介紹了本文的研究背景、研究目的及意義,并敘述了所應(yīng)用的研究方法和研究思路,以及研究過程中的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分為相關(guān)理論的探討:包括海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的概念界定、國內(nèi)外對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力以及海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的理論研究。第三部分為海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀:主要敘述了上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)近幾年的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及發(fā)展特征,并介紹了上海所處的長三角地區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,最后將上海與長三角地區(qū)的海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展條件、海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)、海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)社會效益及海洋科技能力四個方面進(jìn)行對比,從側(cè)面反應(yīng)其優(yōu)劣。第四部分為上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力實(shí)證分析:主要分為兩大板塊。其一是運(yùn)用波士頓矩陣分析法,將不同類別的海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)與全國水平進(jìn)行比較,從而對上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行綜合評價;其二是選取上海市主要發(fā)展的海洋產(chǎn)業(yè),構(gòu)建評價指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用熵值法進(jìn)行測算。最后結(jié)合兩者的結(jié)論,進(jìn)行全面小結(jié)。第五部分為上海海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問題:主要闡述在實(shí)證分析中,得出的一些發(fā)展中存在的問題。第六部分為全面提高上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力所提出的政策建議:主要是針對分析得出的結(jié)論與出現(xiàn)的問題,提出相關(guān)的政策和建議。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于,筆者通過對國內(nèi)外研究學(xué)者的借鑒,選取合適的競爭力影響因素,并通過整理相關(guān)統(tǒng)計年鑒的數(shù)據(jù),對上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行分析。首先,采用波士頓矩陣分析法,對上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分類,并與全國進(jìn)行對比,得出優(yōu)勢與劣勢產(chǎn)業(yè),然后針對出現(xiàn)的問題提出建設(shè)性意見。其次,采集2007-2011年的數(shù)據(jù),選取合適的影響因素,構(gòu)建價值評估體系,運(yùn)用熵值法對其進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。最后,結(jié)合上述兩種方法,做出總結(jié),得出更加精準(zhǔn)的結(jié)論。在分析期間,需解決兩個關(guān)鍵問題:第一,影響上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素眾多,需要選取合適且直接影響競爭力的因素。而如何選定,需要通過搜集歷年數(shù)據(jù)來進(jìn)行判斷;第二,分析產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢需要選擇簡單、明了的研究方法,分析過程中,要借鑒歷年大量的關(guān)于上海地區(qū)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)各方面的數(shù)據(jù),以及詳細(xì)的政策、資料,雖然可以采用去相關(guān)企業(yè)抽樣調(diào)查的方法,但采集仍然具有一定的難度,因此基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的采集為本課題的一大難點(diǎn)。通過對這兩個關(guān)鍵問題的研究,以更加客觀、清晰的視角分析上海市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)具備的競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the marine industry has already become an important factor affecting the international competitiveness. With the progress of science and technology, the development and utilization of marine resources is becoming more and more mature, the degree of attention to the marine economy is increasingly high. Therefore, the research on marine industry more and more deeply. The competitiveness of marine industries and the size of the overall competitiveness of a region closely related. For a country or region, how to improve the key competitiveness of marine industries. Industrial competitiveness research is a hot issue in current research, this paper first explores the connotation of industrial competitiveness, the research history scholars on the definition and the understanding of the industrial competitiveness. Analyze the international competitiveness of industries and regions the industrial competitiveness of the two classification point of view, and to the marine industry as an example, to make an in-depth study on the competitiveness of marine industries in the empirical research. The method, using Boston matrix, select the main marine industry, the development of Shanghai city to collect data, a comprehensive analysis of Shanghai marine industry competitiveness. Starting from the basic theory of Boston matrix, the classification of marine industry in Shanghai, combined with the application of law of Boston matrix, marine industry and national level for different categories compared to the comprehensive evaluation of Shanghai marine industry competitiveness. Then, starting from the eight typical industry selection, evaluation index system of Shanghai City, the competitiveness of marine industries, collecting 2007-2011 five years of data, using the method of entropy measure, describe the Shanghai marine industry competitiveness and trend. The analysis can be found, an important position the development of marine science and technology in marine industry, especially marine power on the competitiveness of marine industries contribution, transportation The coastal tourism and also has a larger role. Finally, according to the results, put forward to maintain the marine industry science and technology support for the marine industry in Shanghai, and to improve the construction of marine science and technology market, optimize the industrial structure of marine tourism, coastal tourism industry to ensure economic benefits; at the same time, the specification for marine transportation management. The development suggestions. This paper is divided into 6 parts: the first part is the introduction: introduces the research background, purpose and significance of the research, and describes the application of the research methods and research ideas, and research in the process of innovation. The second part is the exploration of the relevant theories including: the concept of marine industry and industrial competitive power of domestic and foreign research on industrial competitiveness and the competitiveness of marine industries. The third part is the development status of marine industry in Shanghai ocean is mainly described. The status of industrial development in recent years and the development characteristics, and introduces the development status of the Shanghai Yangtze River Delta region, the conditions of Shanghai and Yangtze River Delta marine industry development in marine industry, marine industry, marine industry four aspects of social benefit and marine science and technology capacity are compared, their advantages and disadvantages from the side reaction. The fourth part is an empirical analysis of the competitiveness of marine industries in Shanghai City: mainly is divided into two parts. The sixth part is proposed to improve the competitiveness of marine industries in Shanghai city policy recommendations: mainly for the analysis of the conclusions and the problems, put forward relevant policies and suggestions. The creative points of this paper is that, through the study of scholars for reference at home and abroad, selecting appropriate competitive factors, and through the collation of relevant statistical yearbook data of marine industry in Shanghai were analyzed. Firstly, using the analytical method of Boston matrix, the indicators of Shanghai marine industry classification, and compared with the national, industry and the advantages and disadvantages, put forward constructive suggestions in view of the problems. Secondly, collecting 2007-2011 years of data, selecting the appropriate factors, construct the value evaluation system, analysis of the practice of using the entropy method. After the combination of the above two methods, summarize, draw more accurate conclusions. During the analysis, to solve two key problems: first, many influencing factors of Shanghai marine industry development, need to select the appropriate and direct factors affecting competitiveness. And how to select, through the data collected over the years to be judged; second analysis of industry competitive advantage, need to choose the simple and clear research methods, analysis process, to learn about all aspects of the data of the Shanghai area of marine industry data, and detailed policy information, although the method can be used to related enterprises sample survey, but the acquisition still has a certain degree of difficulty, so the basic data the acquisition is a major difficulty in this paper. Through the study of these two key issues, with more objective, analysis of marine industry in Shanghai has the competitive advantage of clear perspective.
