【摘要】：為促進(jìn)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級與土地集約利用,考察產(chǎn)業(yè)承接力與土地集約利用之間的動態(tài)計(jì)量關(guān)系,該文利用長江中游城市群3個中心城市2001-2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行測度,并運(yùn)用協(xié)整分析、Granger因果檢驗(yàn)、脈沖分析及方差分解等方法,探討城市產(chǎn)業(yè)承接力與土地集約利用水平相互作用的動態(tài)特征。結(jié)果表明:長江中游城市群中心城市產(chǎn)業(yè)承接力與土地集約利用之間存在長期穩(wěn)定的均衡關(guān)系;不同城市中兩者格蘭杰因果關(guān)系表現(xiàn)不一,武漢市表現(xiàn)出互為因果關(guān)系,而長沙市與南昌市只存在單向因果關(guān)系;通過脈沖分析和方差分解明確兩者沖擊作用響應(yīng)特征并分析原因。依據(jù)研究結(jié)果,從城市產(chǎn)業(yè)承接力與土地集約利用相互作用的特征出發(fā),給出了推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級和區(qū)域土地利用協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of regional industry and land intensive utilization, and to investigate the dynamic measurement relationship between industrial undertaking capacity and land intensive utilization, this paper uses the panel data of three central cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from 2001 to 2014. The evaluation index system is constructed to measure, and the methods of Granger causality test, pulse analysis and variance decomposition are used. This paper probes into the dynamic characteristics of the interaction between the urban industrial undertaking capacity and the level of intensive land use. The results show that there is a long-term and stable equilibrium relationship between the urban industrial undertaking capacity and the intensive land use in the urban agglomeration of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River; The causality of Granger is different in different cities, but only one-way in Changsha and Nanchang. Impulse analysis and variance decomposition are used to identify the response characteristics of the impact and analyze the reasons. Based on the results of the research, the interaction between urban industrial undertaking capacity and land intensive utilization is analyzed. Some suggestions are given to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the coordinated development of regional land use.
