【摘要】：以我國(guó)食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),圍繞我國(guó)食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展變化進(jìn)行分析,重點(diǎn)總結(jié)論述了以下7個(gè)方面:食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)入平穩(wěn)期;我國(guó)食用菌國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力穩(wěn)步提升;食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展地區(qū)差異明顯;食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)六大品種主導(dǎo),其余品種快速發(fā)展的格局;食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)工廠化生產(chǎn)進(jìn)入新階段;食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新加快;食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境更加規(guī)范。并基于上述認(rèn)識(shí),提出了相應(yīng)的策略建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant data of edible fungus industry in China, this paper analyzes the development and changes of edible fungus industry in China, and summarizes and discusses the following seven aspects: the edible fungus industry has entered a stable period; The international competitiveness of edible fungi in China has been steadily improved; the regional differences in the development of edible fungus industry are obvious; the edible fungus industry is dominated by six major varieties and the other varieties are developing rapidly; the industrial production of edible fungus industry has entered a new stage; The technological innovation of edible fungus industry is accelerated, and the development environment of edible fungus industry is more standardized. Based on the above understanding, the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
