基于集聚度的榆林市新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集群可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力研究

【摘要】:由于傳統(tǒng)能源消耗量的迅速增加、不可再生性以及環(huán)境污染問題日趨嚴重,許多國家大規(guī)模地開展了新能源的探索工作,并開始將關注度向新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)聚焦。對此,本文以榆林市新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,通過分析該產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚度,提出提升榆林新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集群可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的相關措施。文章首先界定了新能源、新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)、新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、可持續(xù)等的定義;其次,依托新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)和生態(tài)環(huán)境的聯(lián)系作為契合點,運用SWOT分析法得出,榆林市新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)應實行增長型戰(zhàn)略來促進自身的發(fā)展,同時利用波特鉆石模型分析得出榆林市新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集群形成的基礎是富集的自然資源,并提出,在新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展初期,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度的高低與新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集群可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力相關;再次,筆者運用區(qū)位商和CES測度法分析了榆林市新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的集聚度,說明榆林新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集群現(xiàn)處于發(fā)展初期,結構較為合理,專業(yè)化分工明確,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈之間合作融洽,利于集聚效應;最后提出提升榆林市新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)集群可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的措施涵蓋以下5個方面:加強政府的相關政策;建立健全人才機制;完善產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度;培養(yǎng)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力;加強技術和資金的引進。本文的研究成果對榆林市新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有理論和實踐雙重的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid increase of traditional energy consumption, non-renewable and environmental pollution, many countries have carried out large-scale exploration of new energy, and began to focus on new energy industries. This paper takes the new energy industry in Yulin as the research object, through analyzing the concentration degree of the industry, puts forward the relevant measures to promote the sustainable development ability of the new energy industry cluster in Yulin. Firstly, the paper defines the new energy industry and the new energy industry. The definition of new energy industry cluster, sustainability, etc. Secondly, relying on the connection between new energy industry and ecological environment as the point of convergence, using SWOT analysis method, it is concluded that the new energy industry in Yulin should implement the growth strategy to promote its own development. At the same time, by using Porter diamond model, it is concluded that the formation of new energy industry cluster in Yulin is based on abundant natural resources, and it is suggested that, in the early stage of development of new energy industry cluster, The degree of industrial convergence is related to the sustainable development ability of the new energy industry cluster. Thirdly, the author uses the location quotient and CES measure method to analyze the concentration degree of the new energy industry cluster in Yulin. It shows that the new energy industry cluster of Yulin is in the early stage of development, the structure is reasonable, the specialization division of labor is clear, the cooperation between industrial chains is harmonious, and it is beneficial to the agglomeration effect. Finally, the measures to improve the sustainable development ability of new energy industry cluster in Yulin are put forward, which include the following five aspects: strengthening the relevant policies of the government, establishing and perfecting the talent mechanism, perfecting the industrial chain and increasing the degree of industrial convergence; The research results of this paper have both theoretical and practical reference value for the sustainable development of new energy industry in Yulin.
