【摘要】：正10月17日,寶鋼"產(chǎn)融結(jié)合"培訓(xùn)班在人才開(kāi)發(fā)院正式開(kāi)班。這是繼"產(chǎn)城結(jié)合"培訓(xùn)班后,寶鋼又一個(gè)針對(duì)企業(yè)和員工轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展而開(kāi)設(shè)的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。來(lái)自寶鋼股份等單位的首批48名學(xué)員將通過(guò)為期兩個(gè)半月的集中培訓(xùn),系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)金融相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí),通過(guò)考核后走上全新的崗位。時(shí)任寶鋼集團(tuán)總經(jīng)理、黨委副書(shū)記的陳德榮(現(xiàn)任中國(guó)寶武鋼鐵集團(tuán)有限公司總經(jīng)理、董事、黨委副書(shū)記)出席開(kāi)班儀式。開(kāi)班儀式上,寶鋼金融系統(tǒng)黨委書(shū)記王成然向?qū)W員們介紹了寶鋼金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展背景、現(xiàn)狀和前景,并強(qiáng)調(diào)了金融產(chǎn)業(yè)用人的"三個(gè)原則",即市場(chǎng)
[Abstract]:On October 17th, Baosteel's "combination of Industry and Finance" training course was officially opened in the Institute of Talent Development. Baosteel has another training program aimed at the transformation and development of enterprises and employees. The first batch of 48 students from Baosteel and other units will systematically study financial related professional knowledge through a two-and-a-half month intensive training. Chen Derong, then general manager of Baosteel Group and deputy secretary of the Party Committee, (currently general manager, director, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China Baowu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd), attended the opening ceremony. Wang Chengran, party secretary of the financial system of Baosteel, introduced to the students the development background, present situation and prospect of the financial industry of Baosteel, and emphasized the "three principles" of employing personnel in the financial industry, namely the market.
