【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展以及城市化進(jìn)程的加快,越來越多的農(nóng)用土地被閑置下來,農(nóng)業(yè)面臨著結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整與產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級(jí),現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園在這個(gè)大背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園也是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中一個(gè)必然的產(chǎn)物,以先進(jìn)的技術(shù)體系作為核心動(dòng)力,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條作為血脈,形成一種現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的新模式。論文在文獻(xiàn)部分,就現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的研究背景、目的、意義以及與之相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的敘述,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展概況,總結(jié)出了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的特征、規(guī)劃原則以及發(fā)展中存在的問題,還根據(jù)景觀生態(tài)學(xué)相關(guān)理論提出了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的景觀特性。規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)階段,以文獻(xiàn)部分為依據(jù),結(jié)合相關(guān)的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園成功案例,對(duì)中國(guó)德米特活力農(nóng)耕產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化中心進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。項(xiàng)目位于河南省南陽市內(nèi)鄉(xiāng)縣境內(nèi),輻射整個(gè)乍嶇鄉(xiāng),緊鄰泰山廟水庫。首先對(duì)項(xiàng)目地進(jìn)行了區(qū)位分析和規(guī)劃背景分析,依據(jù)項(xiàng)目地實(shí)際情況制定了規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的原則,在規(guī)劃原則的指導(dǎo)下,確定了項(xiàng)目的指導(dǎo)思想以及基本的定位,以油茶和紅粟為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè);其次,圍繞主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)了相關(guān)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的分區(qū),形成了“一心、一館、八區(qū)”的布局模式;最后,對(duì)園區(qū)的道路系統(tǒng)、灌溉系統(tǒng)、電力系統(tǒng)等進(jìn)行了專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃。理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,以期能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園發(fā)展的新思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization, more and more agricultural land has been left idle, and agriculture is facing structural adjustment and industrial upgrading. The modern agricultural industrial park came into being under this background. The modern agricultural industrial park is also an inevitable product in the process of modern agricultural development. It takes the advanced technology system as the core power and the industrial chain as the blood line. In the part of literature, the paper gives a brief description of the research background, purpose, significance and related concepts of the modern agricultural industrial park, combining with the general situation of the development of the modern agricultural industrial park. This paper summarizes the characteristics, planning principles and problems in the development of modern agricultural industrial parks, and puts forward the landscape characteristics of modern agricultural industrial parks according to the related theories of landscape ecology. Combined with the successful cases of agricultural industry park, the project was designed and planned for the dynamic farming industry incubation center of Demeter in China. The project is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province, Neixiang County, and it radiates the whole rugged village. Next to Taishan Miao Reservoir. Firstly, the location analysis and planning background analysis of the project site are carried out. According to the actual situation of the project, the planning and design principles are formulated. Under the guidance of the planning principle, the guiding ideology and the basic orientation of the project are determined. Taking Camellia oleifera and Red millet as the leading industries; secondly, developing related industrial chains around the leading industries, according to which the industrial parks are scientifically and reasonably zoned, forming a layout model of "one house, one hall, eight districts"; finally, The road system, irrigation system and electric power system of the park are specially planned, and the theory and practice are combined in order to find new ideas for the development of modern agricultural industrial park.
