【摘要】：創(chuàng)新擴散對推動區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型調(diào)整具有重要影響。基于自主體模擬(Agent-based Simulation,ABS)方法,本文將微觀尺度上企業(yè)創(chuàng)新擴散行為和宏觀尺度上產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化聯(lián)系起來,構(gòu)建一個從異質(zhì)性企業(yè)出發(fā),到區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化的解釋模型,來探索創(chuàng)新擴散與全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的相關(guān)問題。主要研究發(fā)現(xiàn):對于中國而言,過程創(chuàng)新更有利于其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化發(fā)展,而對于其他地區(qū)而言,產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新則更有利于其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)向其合理化方向演化。與美國、中國和俄羅斯等地相比,提高產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新規(guī)模則有利于推動日本、印度和歐盟等地的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)朝著合理化方向演化發(fā)展。此外,對中國、日本、印度和歐盟等地來說,擴大過程創(chuàng)新規(guī)模有利于推動這些地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)由相對低效的第一產(chǎn)業(yè)向相對高效的第二和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)演化發(fā)展,從而能推動其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,但對于美國和俄羅斯而言,較低的過程創(chuàng)新規(guī)模更能促進其區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化發(fā)展。最后,研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)不同創(chuàng)新模式在區(qū)域中所具有的作用及其產(chǎn)生的區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展效應(yīng)存在較大差異,因而在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟治理中需要采取差別化的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。同時區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展維度與創(chuàng)新的空間維度可能存在一定的匹配性。這就為全球創(chuàng)新治理政策制定提供了重要基礎(chǔ)理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Innovation diffusion plays an important role in promoting the transformation and adjustment of regional industrial structure. Based on the self-simulation Agent-based simulation method, this paper links the innovation diffusion behavior of enterprises on the micro scale with the industrial structure optimization on the macro scale. This paper constructs an explanatory model from heterogeneous enterprises to regional industrial structure evolution to explore the problems related to innovation diffusion and global industrial structure optimization. Process innovation is more conducive to the rationalization of its industrial structure, while for other regions, product innovation is more conducive to the evolution of its industrial structure in the direction of rationalization. Compared with places such as the United States, China and Russia, Increasing the scale of product innovation will help to promote the evolution of industrial structures in Japan, India and the European Union. In addition, for China, Japan, India and the European Union, Expanding the scale of process innovation can promote the evolution of industrial structure in these areas from relatively inefficient primary industry to relatively efficient secondary and tertiary industries, thus promoting the transformation and upgrading of their industrial structure, but for the United States and Russia, The low scale of process innovation can promote the optimization and development of regional industrial structure. Finally, it is found that different innovation modes have different effects on regional industrial development. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the differentiated strategy of innovation-driven development in regional economic governance. At the same time, there may be some matching between the dimension of regional industrial development and the dimension of innovation. This is a suggestion for the formulation of global innovation governance policy. It provides an important basis for basic theory.
