【摘要】：隨著科學技術在工業(yè)生產的廣泛應用,依托于工業(yè)產業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)也取得了飛速發(fā)展。我國各省市把發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)作為推動經濟增長的利器,由于省域差異及產業(yè)結構的不同,全面而具體的評價我國各省市的戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)競爭能力,對增強我國經濟發(fā)展實力具有重要意義。本文以生態(tài)位理論為研究基礎,對我國各省市戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)競爭力進行了研究。首先,本文詳細說明了戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)的定義、特征,以生態(tài)位理論為基礎,定義了產業(yè)生態(tài)位,闡述了戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)在國內外的研究現狀以及生態(tài)位理論在企業(yè)、產業(yè)層面的應用;其次,結合生態(tài)學知識構建了產業(yè)競爭力研究框架;然后,構建生態(tài)位態(tài)勢指標,分別測算戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)子產業(yè)視角下我國各省市產業(yè)生態(tài)位態(tài)值、勢值和生態(tài)位值,以此衡量產業(yè)生態(tài)位水平;同時,從生存力、發(fā)展力和協調力三個維度測算了我國戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)生態(tài)位強度;最后,根據生態(tài)位重疊度和生態(tài)位競爭理論,結合各省市生態(tài)位強度和重疊度數值,給出戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)競爭策略。結果表明:我國戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)發(fā)展不均衡,其中東部地區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)模較大,具有領先的行業(yè)競爭力,在發(fā)展規(guī)模和程度上,中部和西部實力相當,東北地區(qū)產業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模小,發(fā)展相對滯后;我國大部分省市處于生態(tài)位強度小、重疊度大的產業(yè)發(fā)展狀態(tài),即昆蟲型,針對這種情況應該實施生態(tài)位分離以及生態(tài)位擴充相結合的策略來提升此類省市的戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of science and technology in industrial production, the strategic emerging industries relying on industrial industries have also made rapid development. The provinces and cities in China regard the development of strategic emerging industries as a sharp weapon to promote economic growth. Because of the difference of provincial region and industrial structure, the competitive ability of strategic emerging industries of provinces and cities in China is evaluated comprehensively and concretely. On the basis of niche theory, this paper studies the competitiveness of strategic emerging industries of provinces and cities in China. First of all. In this paper, the definition and characteristics of strategic emerging industries are described in detail. Based on niche theory, industrial niche is defined, and the current research situation of strategic emerging industries at home and abroad and niche theory in enterprises are expounded. The application of industry level; Secondly, the research framework of industrial competitiveness is constructed based on ecological knowledge. Then, the niche situation index is constructed to measure the industrial niche value, potential value and niche value of the provinces and cities in China from the perspective of strategic emerging industry sub-industry, so as to measure the level of industrial niche. At the same time, the niche strength of China's strategic emerging industries is calculated from the three dimensions of viability, development and coordination. Finally, according to niche overlap degree and niche competition theory, combined with the value of niche intensity and overlap degree of provinces and cities. The results show that the development of strategic emerging industries in China is not balanced, in which the eastern region has a large scale of development, leading the industry competitiveness, in the development of scale and degree. The strength of the central and western regions is the same, and the industrial development scale of the Northeast region is small, and the development is relatively lagging behind. Most provinces and cities in China are in a state of industrial development with low niche intensity and large overlap degree, that is, insect type. In view of this situation, the strategy of niche separation and niche expansion should be implemented to enhance the competitiveness of strategic emerging industries of such provinces and cities.
