【摘要】：蔬菜可為人們?cè)谌粘Ｉ钪泄┙o多種營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素。蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)是甘泉縣農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),已成為甘泉縣統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、農(nóng)民增收致富的首選產(chǎn)業(yè)。然而伴隨著現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,各種影響蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題也不斷出現(xiàn)。本文擬通過(guò)下鄉(xiāng)調(diào)查研究甘泉縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和存在問(wèn)題,分析總結(jié)出適合甘泉縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的思路規(guī)劃和對(duì)策措施,以期為甘泉蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)、發(fā)展思路和探索對(duì)策。對(duì)此,在今后的蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中,甘泉縣應(yīng)該創(chuàng)新發(fā)展思路和工作方法,按照本縣發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的思路目標(biāo),以生態(tài)循環(huán)農(nóng)業(yè)為發(fā)展主線,以高效設(shè)施蔬菜為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),加快設(shè)施蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)基地規(guī)�；⑸a(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、服務(wù)配套化、經(jīng)營(yíng)產(chǎn)業(yè)化建設(shè)進(jìn)程,實(shí)現(xiàn)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)。下鄉(xiāng)調(diào)研表明,甘泉縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展的過(guò)程中存在問(wèn)題有(1)蔬菜規(guī)模發(fā)展不平衡;(2)土地流轉(zhuǎn)困難;(3)產(chǎn)供銷(xiāo)一體化不完善;(4)群眾文化和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平相對(duì)滯后;(5)專業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)隊(duì)伍不足;(6)生產(chǎn)布局不合理;(7)有連作障礙;(8)加工包裝、冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)建設(shè)滯后;(9)蔬菜產(chǎn)品集中上市經(jīng)濟(jì)效益不可觀。面對(duì)以上提到的具體問(wèn)題,本文試圖通過(guò)對(duì)照國(guó)內(nèi)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),依照甘泉縣的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展情況,提出如下針對(duì)性建議和對(duì)策:在甘泉縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,以現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)為重點(diǎn),堅(jiān)持科技引領(lǐng),龍頭帶動(dòng),依據(jù)甘泉縣農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特點(diǎn),加快蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局規(guī)劃,大力發(fā)展規(guī)劃建設(shè)210國(guó)道沿線和洛河沿岸綠色蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)帶,推廣綠色蔬菜標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)技術(shù),配套完善各項(xiàng)服務(wù)措施,扎實(shí)推進(jìn)甘泉蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。具體措施如下:(1)重視基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),穩(wěn)步擴(kuò)大規(guī)模;(2)整合土地資源,發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè);(3)引進(jìn)和發(fā)展龍頭企業(yè),扶持專業(yè)合作社;(4)加強(qiáng)新型農(nóng)民技術(shù)培訓(xùn);(5)做好蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局規(guī)劃和調(diào)整;(6)加強(qiáng)蔬菜生產(chǎn)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)和保護(hù);(7)加快蔬菜深加工,建立健全蔬菜生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系;(8)推廣新優(yōu)技術(shù),解決連作障礙問(wèn)題;(9)建立完善的蔬菜信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Vegetable industry is the leading industry of agriculture and rural economic development in Ganquan County, which has become the overall planning of urban and rural economic development in Ganquan County. However, with the development of modern agricultural vegetable industry, farmers' income and wealth is the first choice. A variety of problems affecting the sustainable development of the vegetable industry are also emerging. This paper intends to study the development and problems of vegetable industry in Ganquan County through rural investigation. This paper analyzes and summarizes the thinking planning and countermeasures suitable for the development of vegetable industry in Ganquan County in order to provide theoretical basis, development ideas and exploration countermeasures for the development of vegetable industry in Ganquan County. In the future vegetable industry development, Ganquan County should innovate the development ideas and working methods, according to the development of modern agriculture in this county, the development of ecological circular agriculture as the main line of development. Take the high efficiency facility vegetable as the leading industry, speed up the facility vegetable industry base scale, the production standardization, the service matching, the management industrialization construction process, realizes the vegetable industry optimization promotion. In the process of development of vegetable industry in Ganquan County, there are problems such as (1) unbalanced development of vegetable scale; (2) difficulty in land circulation; (3) the integration of production, supply and marketing is not perfect; (4) the level of mass culture and production technology lags behind; (5) lack of professional and technical service team; (6) unreasonable layout of production; (7) continuous cropping disorders; Processing packaging, cold chain logistics system construction lags behind; In the face of the above mentioned specific problems, this paper tries to compare the successful experience of domestic vegetable industry development, according to the agricultural development situation of Ganquan County. Put forward the following suggestions and countermeasures: in the process of development of vegetable industry in Ganquan County, focus on the construction of modern agricultural park, adhere to the scientific and technological guidance, leading the leading, according to the characteristics of the development of agricultural industry in Ganquan County. We will speed up the layout planning of vegetable industry, vigorously develop and build green vegetable industrial zones along the 210 National Road and along the Luohe River, popularize the standard production technology of green vegetables, and complete and improve various service measures. We should firmly promote the sustainable development of the vegetable industry in Ganquan to modern agriculture. The specific measures are as follows: 1) attach importance to the basic links and steadily expand the scale; 2) integrating land resources and developing modern agriculture; Introducing and developing leading enterprises and supporting professional cooperatives; (4) strengthening the technical training of new farmers; Planning and adjusting the layout of vegetable industry structure; (6) strengthening environmental monitoring and protection of vegetable production; (7) speeding up the deep processing of vegetables and establishing and perfecting the standardized system of vegetable production; (8) popularizing new and excellent technology to solve the problem of continuous cropping obstacle; Establish a perfect vegetable information network system.
