【摘要】：江蘇省林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)營方式別具一格,板材加工產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為江蘇省最具潛能的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。自從1978年實行市場經(jīng)濟體制和改革開放以來,盡管江蘇省農(nóng)民收入在整體上獲得了較快的發(fā)展,但仍然有著不同地區(qū)之間的差異日漸擴大、與部分沿海發(fā)達地區(qū)的農(nóng)民收入之間存在一定程度的差距等亟待解決的問題。在這一背景下,研究江蘇省板材加工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與農(nóng)民收入的關(guān)系,對于加快城鎮(zhèn)化進程、增加農(nóng)民的工作機會,進而促進農(nóng)民收入提高,特R%是江蘇蘇北地區(qū)的農(nóng)民增收具有重要的意義。本文以江蘇省板材加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與農(nóng)民收入作為研究對象,運用文獻研究、綜合分析等方法,采用問卷調(diào)研、實地測算獲取數(shù)據(jù)資料,運用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方式,建立農(nóng)民收入與板材加工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)指標的回歸分析模型、進行相關(guān)分析,對歷年江蘇省農(nóng)民收入、板材加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展進行定量和比較分析。本文選取江蘇省宿遷市泗陽縣為樣本,利用實地調(diào)研獲得的數(shù)據(jù),以泗陽縣農(nóng)戶家庭總收入為因變量,以當?shù)匕宀募庸て髽I(yè)平均人工成本、當?shù)亓謽I(yè)物流企業(yè)平均人工成本、當?shù)匕宀募庸て髽I(yè)土地租賃費(支付給農(nóng)民的部分)以及當?shù)匕宀募庸て髽I(yè)原材料成本(收購自農(nóng)戶的部分)為自變量,進行相關(guān)分析和回歸分析�；貧w分析的結(jié)果顯示,泗陽縣農(nóng)戶在板材企業(yè)務(wù)工收入、在林業(yè)物流企業(yè)務(wù)工收入以及土地流轉(zhuǎn)費收入對其總收入的影響都是正向的且都具有顯著的影響,其中,影響最大的是農(nóng)戶在板材企業(yè)務(wù)工收入,其次是農(nóng)戶在林業(yè)物流企業(yè)務(wù)工收入,三者中影響相對較小的是農(nóng)戶土地流轉(zhuǎn)費收入。通過實證分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)實際和理論還是存在著一定的差異。差異產(chǎn)生的原因,一部分來源于農(nóng)民自身,還有很大的一部分,來源于板材加工企業(yè)。在前文定性分析、定量分析以及差異產(chǎn)生的原因分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,本文最后提出了發(fā)展江蘇省板材加工產(chǎn)業(yè)、促進農(nóng)民收入提高的政策性建議,從板材加工企業(yè)角度、政府部門的角度及農(nóng)民自身角度這三個方面出發(fā),為板材加工產(chǎn)業(yè)進一步為農(nóng)民收入發(fā)揮積極作用提出建議。
[Abstract]:Have a unique style of Jiangsu province forestry industry's mode of operation, the plate processing industry has become one of the most potential industry in Jiangsu province. Since 1978, the implementation of market economy and the reform and opening up, although the income of farmers in Jiangsu province has gained rapid development in the whole, but there are still differences between different regions is increasing, there is a certain degree of the gap between the developed coastal regions and part of the income of the farmers in the problem to be solved. In this context, research on the relationship between Jiangsu Province plate processing industry development and the income of farmers, to accelerate the process of urbanization, increase farmers' job opportunities, and promote the increase of farmers' income, R% is in north of Jiangsu farmers' income is important the significance of development. In this paper the plate processing industry in Jiangsu province and the income of the farmers as the research object, using literature research, comprehensive analysis method, By questionnaire survey, field measurement data acquisition data, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, regression analysis model of the income of the farmers and the plate processing industry development related indicators, correlation analysis, the farmers' income in Jiangsu Province, a quantitative and comparative analysis of the development of sheet metal processing industry. This paper takes Siyang County of Suqian city Jiangsu Province as a sample, using the data of investigation in Siyang County, the dependent variable total household income, the average labor cost to the local wood processing enterprise, the local forestry logistics enterprises average labor costs, land rental fees of local wood processing enterprise (paid to farmers and the local part) the cost of raw materials (sheet metal processing enterprises since the acquisition of farmers part) as independent variables, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The regression results show that Siyang County farmers in sheet business enterprises The influence of forestry industry income, labor income and logistics enterprises land transfer fee income to the total revenue is positive and has a significant impact, among them, the greatest impact is the farmers in the plate enterprise workers' income, followed by farmers in the forestry logistics enterprise income workers, three in the relatively small effects is the land of farmers the transfer fee income. Through empirical analysis, found that the theory and the practice still exist some differences. The causes of the differences, in part from the farmers themselves, there is a large part of the source in the sheet metal processing enterprises. In the above qualitative analysis, based on the analysis of the causes of the differences and quantitative analysis, the paper finally puts forward the development of wood processing industry in Jiangsu Province, to promote the policy recommendations to increase the income of the farmers, from the angle of sheet metal processing enterprises, point the perspective of government and peasants own these three aspects On the basis of this, suggestions are made for the positive role of the plank processing industry for the farmers' income.
