【摘要】：伴隨著石化能源等不可再生資源的日益枯竭,以太陽(yáng)能為代表的新能源的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用越來(lái)越受到世界各個(gè)國(guó)家的重視。目前,政府也在積極的調(diào)整能源結(jié)構(gòu),大力扶持光伏新能源及可再生能源的發(fā)展。然而,伴隨著上游的無(wú)序投資、終端產(chǎn)業(yè)不能有效釋放、國(guó)外“雙反”政策的嚴(yán)重打壓,光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的矛盾日益凸顯,光伏太陽(yáng)能企業(yè)面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。在光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)被迫面臨重組和洗牌的前提下,實(shí)力較強(qiáng)的光伏企業(yè)利用行業(yè)洗牌的機(jī)遇,通過(guò)構(gòu)建企業(yè)聯(lián)盟、延伸自己的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條,實(shí)現(xiàn)軟、硬件的優(yōu)化組合,提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。因此,本文以AC公司光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)上游資源的整合及下游產(chǎn)業(yè)的延伸,完成縱向一體化產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)自身健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。對(duì)于光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)而言,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的縱向一體化布局,有效的消除了上下游企業(yè)之間二次加價(jià)造成的資源扭曲配置,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整體利潤(rùn)的提高。因此,本文以AC公司光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)研究光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)縱向一體化布局具有一定的理論意義。同時(shí),AC公司光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)縱向一體化發(fā)展模式,可以強(qiáng)化上下游企業(yè)之間的協(xié)調(diào)與管理,更有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新及資源的優(yōu)化配置,對(duì)于改善AC公司光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以AC公司光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略為研究對(duì)象,依托縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)前發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境及企業(yè)內(nèi)部經(jīng)營(yíng)的相關(guān)要素進(jìn)行考察,分析了AC公司推進(jìn)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略的必要性、可行性及影響成功的關(guān)鍵要素。第一章,著重介紹了選題的背景、意義及研究方法。第二章,通過(guò)對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理理論及縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略分析方法進(jìn)行了闡述。第三章,描述了AC公司光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)施縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略的對(duì)象,分為石英砂產(chǎn)業(yè)、光伏玻璃制造產(chǎn)業(yè)、光伏電池制造產(chǎn)業(yè)及光伏發(fā)電四個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè),并對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的價(jià)值傳遞進(jìn)行了分析和測(cè)算,得出縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略的必要性,同時(shí)提出了光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。第四章對(duì)AC公司光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)施縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,并運(yùn)用SWOT工具進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)。第五章提出了AC公司光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略的選擇,并重點(diǎn)論述了選擇縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略的可行性及實(shí)施推進(jìn)的目標(biāo)、思路和途徑。第六章對(duì)AC公司光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施提出了保障措施及建議,同時(shí)對(duì)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的效果提出了建立評(píng)價(jià)反饋機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly depletion of non-renewable resources such as fossil energy, the development and utilization of new energy, represented by solar energy, has been paid more and more attention by various countries in the world. At present, the government is also actively adjusting the energy structure. Vigorously support the development of photovoltaic new energy and renewable energy. However, with the upstream disorderly investment, the end industry can not be effectively released, the foreign "double reaction" policy seriously depressed. Photovoltaic industry has become increasingly prominent contradictions, photovoltaic solar enterprises are facing a huge challenge. In the PV industry forced to face the premise of restructuring and shuffling, the strength of photovoltaic enterprises to take advantage of the industry shuffle opportunities. By constructing the enterprise alliance, extending its own industrial chain, realizing the optimized combination of software and hardware, and promoting the core competitive advantage of the enterprise, this paper takes the photovoltaic industry of AC company as the research object. Through the integration of upstream resources and the extension of downstream industries, the vertical integrated industrial layout is completed to achieve the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise itself. For the photovoltaic industry, the vertical integration of the industrial chain layout. Effectively eliminate the upstream and downstream enterprises between secondary price increases caused by the distortion of resources allocation, so as to achieve the overall profit of the industrial chain. Therefore, this paper takes AC photovoltaic industry as the starting point. It has certain theoretical significance to study the vertical integration layout of photovoltaic industry. At the same time, AC company's vertical integration development mode of photovoltaic industry can strengthen the coordination and management between upstream and downstream enterprises. More conducive to the realization of technological innovation and optimal allocation of resources for the improvement of AC company photovoltaic industry operating status. To enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises has a certain practical significance. This paper takes AC company photovoltaic industry vertical integration strategy as the research object, relying on the vertical integration strategy related theory. Combined with the external environment of the current development of the photovoltaic industry and the relevant elements of the enterprise internal management, the necessity of the AC company to promote the vertical integration strategy of photovoltaic industry is analyzed. The first chapter focuses on the background, significance and research methods of the topic. Through the strategic management theory and vertical integration strategy analysis methods are expounded. Chapter three describes the AC photovoltaic industry implementation of vertical integration strategy object divided into quartz sand industry. Photovoltaic glass manufacturing industry, photovoltaic cell manufacturing industry and photovoltaic power generation four industries, and the value of the industrial chain of the analysis and calculation, the necessity of vertical integration strategy. At the same time, put forward the practical problems of photovoltaic industry. Chapter 4th analyzes the internal and external environment of the vertical integration strategy of AC photovoltaic industry. Chapter 5th puts forward the choice of vertical integration strategy of AC photovoltaic industry, and focuses on the feasibility of choosing vertical integration strategy and the implementation of the objectives. Chapter 6th puts forward the safeguard measures and suggestions for the implementation of the vertical integration strategy of AC company's photovoltaic industry, and puts forward the establishment of evaluation feedback mechanism for the effect of the implementation of the strategy.
