【摘要】：近年來,花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一項綠色產(chǎn)業(yè),在發(fā)展農(nóng)村農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)、改善城鄉(xiāng)生態(tài)環(huán)境和建設(shè)精神文明中的地位越來越突出,作用越來越顯著。清流縣因自然條件的優(yōu)越、物資資源的豐碩和投資環(huán)境的優(yōu)良,在發(fā)展花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)方面具有優(yōu)勢,現(xiàn)如今全縣花卉苗木企業(yè)62家,專業(yè)合作社53個,從業(yè)人員15500多人,已形成了花卉12422畝(鮮切花及種用花卉8367畝、食藥用花卉2675畝、盆栽花1380畝),綠化苗木52730畝的種植規(guī)模,產(chǎn)值12.39億元,人均純收入達(dá)2.6萬元以上,是全省最大的鮮切花種植基地和重要集散地,花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)因能增加農(nóng)業(yè)效益和農(nóng)民收入已成為我縣的特色產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文運用文獻(xiàn)分析法、實地調(diào)查法、“鉆石模型”分析法等進(jìn)行研究。筆者首先對相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行論述,接著對清流縣花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展條件進(jìn)行分析,隨后運用“鉆石模型”的理論分析方法和SmartPLS 2.0軟件對清流縣花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行分析和評價,得出種植面積和政府政策是對清流縣花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力影響最大的兩個因素,但要提升清流縣花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體競爭力,還是應(yīng)大力扶持發(fā)展花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)及支持性產(chǎn)業(yè),以完善花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,使清流縣花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,文章最后提出提升清流花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的對策建議為：一是科學(xué)規(guī)劃,合理布局；二是完善花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條；三是強(qiáng)化政策資金保障；四是加大招商引資力度；五是提升花卉管護(hù)水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, flower industry as a green industry, in the development of rural agricultural economy, improve the ecological environment of urban and rural areas and the construction of spiritual civilization more and more prominent position. Because of the superiority of natural conditions, abundant material resources and excellent investment environment, Qingliu County has advantages in the development of flower industry. Now there are 62 flower seedling enterprises in Qingliu County. Professional cooperatives 53, more than 15500 employees, has formed a flower 12422 mu (fresh cut flowers and planting flowers 8367 mu, edible and medicinal flowers 2,675 mu, potted flowers 1380 mu). Planting scale of 52730 mu of green seedlings, output value one billion two hundred and thirty-nine million yuan, per capita net income of more than 26,000 yuan, is the province's largest fresh cut flower planting base and an important distribution center. Flower industry has become the characteristic industry of our county because it can increase the agricultural benefit and the farmer's income. This article uses the literature analysis method, the field investigation method. The author first discusses the relevant theories, and then analyzes the current situation and development conditions of flower industry in Qingliu County. Then using the "Diamond Model" theory analysis method and SmartPLS 2.0 software to analyze and evaluate the competitiveness of flower industry in Qingliu County. It is concluded that planting area and government policy are the two most important factors affecting the competitiveness of flower industry in Qingliu County, but the overall competitiveness of flower industry in Qingliu County should be enhanced. It is necessary to support the development of related and supportive industries in order to improve the flower industry chain and make the flower industry sustainable development in Qingliu County. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of the flower industry: first, scientific planning, reasonable layout; Second, perfect the chain of flower industry; Third, strengthen the policy fund guarantee; Fourth, increase the intensity of attracting investment; Fifth, raise the level of flower management and protection.
