【摘要】：藍(lán)莓自20世紀(jì)初最先從美國開始進(jìn)行栽培種植,從而帶動了其他很多歐美和亞洲的國家發(fā)展藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)。我國于1983年開始小范圍引種種植藍(lán)莓,30多年來在育種、栽培、加工等方面取得了豐碩的成果,生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營規(guī)模逐漸加大,藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)品種類和結(jié)構(gòu)日益豐富,市場需求大幅上升,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。我國遼寧省大連市具有獨特的地理環(huán)境和氣候條件優(yōu)勢,有利于藍(lán)莓的生長,這使其成為我國野生藍(lán)莓資源儲量較為豐富的地區(qū)之一。由于藍(lán)莓具有較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)和保健價值,因而使得藍(lán)莓成為該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要優(yōu)勢資源。藍(lán)莓在大連的試栽過程中,產(chǎn)量指標(biāo)表現(xiàn)良好,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量明顯高于國內(nèi)其它地區(qū),是大連農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的一個新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點。但大連藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)無論從栽培面積,還是產(chǎn)品的深加工、市場銷售等都沒有形成規(guī)模。如何通過龍頭企業(yè)或?qū)I(yè)合作社的帶動和引導(dǎo)作用,擴(kuò)大大連藍(lán)莓種植規(guī)模、藍(lán)莓鮮品的儲存及深加工產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、銷售渠道開拓及品牌創(chuàng)建等,都是目前急需研究和解決的問題。本文通過對大連藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,采用SWOT分析方法闡述了大連藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)因素,進(jìn)而提出大連藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的戰(zhàn)略選擇,并且通過上述研究有針對性地提出促進(jìn)大連藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策措施,探討其發(fā)展壯大的有效途徑,不僅能為大連合理調(diào)整藍(lán)莓產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)提供理論支持,同時也能從生產(chǎn)實際上切實提出發(fā)展具有地方特色產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢方案,對拓展大連農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)功能、改善生態(tài)壞境、增加企業(yè)及農(nóng)民收入等都具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Blueberry was first cultivated in the United States in early 20th century, which has led many other countries in Europe, America and Asia to develop blueberry industry. In 1983, China began to plant blueberries on a small scale. More than 30 years in breeding, cultivation, processing and other aspects have achieved fruitful results, the scale of production and management gradually increased, blueberry products and structures are increasingly rich, the market demand increased significantly. Dalian City of Liaoning Province has unique advantages of geographical environment and climate conditions, which is conducive to the growth of blueberries. This makes it one of the regions with abundant resources of wild blueberry in China, because of its high economic and health value. Therefore, blueberry has become the main dominant resource for economic development in this region. During the trial cultivation of blueberry in Dalian, the yield index was good and the product quality was obviously higher than that in other regions in China. Dalian is a new economic growth point in the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, but Dalian blueberry industry is not only cultivated area, but also the deep processing of products. Through leading enterprises or professional cooperatives to promote and guide the expansion of Dalian blueberry planting scale, the storage of blueberry fresh products and research and development of deep processing products. Sales channel development and brand creation are urgent problems to be studied and solved. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of blueberry industry development in Dalian. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of Dalian blueberry industry are expounded by using SWOT analysis method, and the strategic choice in the development process of Dalian blueberry industry is put forward. And through the above research put forward the countermeasures and measures to promote the development of blueberry industry in Dalian, explore the effective way of its development and growth, not only can provide theoretical support for Dalian to adjust the industrial structure of blueberry reasonably. At the same time, it can also put forward the superiority plan of developing the industry with local characteristics from production, which is of great significance to expand the function of Dalian agricultural industry, improve the ecological environment and increase the income of enterprises and farmers.
