【摘要】：文化產業(yè)以創(chuàng)新性、蔓生性和觸媒性等典型特質,形成精進的動力演進邏輯,其所處的周期階段和業(yè)態(tài)性質具備接駁新舊動能實現(xiàn)動力平穩(wěn)過渡的能力,既符合經濟社會向多元動力、混合動力發(fā)展的市場邏輯,又具備不斷地顛覆原有動力結構并優(yōu)化經濟發(fā)展組織結構的特征。文化產業(yè)并以特色發(fā)展為識別特征,可以更充裕地參與或引導全球化和城鎮(zhèn)化進程中全要素創(chuàng)新資源配置,在一定程度上能夠消弭經濟發(fā)展帶來的社會問題。更為重要的是,文化產業(yè)還通過文化地理格局重構帶來經濟版圖能量交換,在解決經濟發(fā)展困境和區(qū)域發(fā)展鴻溝方面起到了重要的動力觸發(fā)作用。進一步從經濟發(fā)展動力的轉換規(guī)律和再造思路上看,文化產業(yè)以要素創(chuàng)新驅動業(yè)態(tài)創(chuàng)新、以產業(yè)轉型拉動消費升級、以文化之力推動實現(xiàn)文化正義的動力轉換和生成模式,既對新興動能成長起到"加速器"的作用,又扮演了新舊動能轉換"穩(wěn)定器"的角色,對經濟領域重塑新動力體系具有特殊啟發(fā)意義。經濟"新常態(tài)"背景下,也正是文化產業(yè)的多重屬性和文化的多元特征,使文化產業(yè)發(fā)展并未完全囿于傳統(tǒng)動力桎梏,而是致力于通過永續(xù)創(chuàng)新塑造經濟發(fā)展的持續(xù)動力,通過跨界邏輯重構區(qū)域經濟的發(fā)展秩序,通過共生創(chuàng)新推動傳統(tǒng)產業(yè)的迭代升級,通過平臺思維激發(fā)產業(yè)轉型的內生動力,文化產業(yè)的動力邏輯和驅動路徑無疑為創(chuàng)新經濟領域供給側結構性改革提供了"破冰之力"。
[Abstract]:The cultural industry with innovative, trailing and catalyst of typical characteristics, forming dynamic evolution logic effort, ability cycle and the nature of the format has connected the kinetic energy to achieve the smooth transition of the old and new power, is in line with the economic society to a pluralistic market power, hybrid logic development, and has the characteristics of constant subversion the original power structure and optimize the organization structure of economic development. The cultural industry and recognition to the characteristics of the development, can be more abundant in or all elements innovation in the allocation of resources and guide globalization and urbanization, to eliminate social problems caused by economic development to a certain extent. More importantly, through the cultural industry the structure of cultural geography reconstruction bring economic territory energy exchange, to solve the economic development dilemma and regional development gap has played an important role in the dynamic triggering step from. The transformation law and the idea of reconstructing the power of economic development perspective, the cultural industry with the elements of innovation driven innovation, industrial restructuring to boost consumption upgrade, in order to promote the realization of the power conversion of the power of culture and cultural justice generation mode, to "accelerator" role of emerging growth plays a kinetic energy, new energy transfer "stabilizer" the role, has a special significance to the economic field to reshape the new power system. Under the background of economic "new normal", is also the multiple features of multiple attributes and cultural industry, the cultural industry development is not fully constrained by traditional power shackles, but is committed to shaping the continued momentum of economic development through continuous innovation, through the development of cross regional economic order logic reconstruction, through innovation to promote the upgrading of the traditional industrial symbiosis iteration, stimulate industrial transformation through the platform of thinking in the dynamic cultural industry The dynamic logic and driving path undoubtedly provide the "ice breaking force" for the structural reform of the supply side in the field of innovation.
