【摘要】:新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)是全球汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的大趨勢。在中國,由于能源緊缺且環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重,發(fā)展新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)顯得比其他國家更為迫切。我國非常重視新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè),在“十二五”規(guī)劃中明確強(qiáng)調(diào)了新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要性,并且出臺(tái)了相關(guān)政策推動(dòng)其發(fā)展。但我國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比仍處于弱勢,上海作為我國首批新能源汽車試點(diǎn)城市之一,其新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力對(duì)我國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)有著非常重要的意義,提升其產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力是發(fā)展新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。論文以上海新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評(píng)價(jià)為主題,以產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力理論為基礎(chǔ),綜合運(yùn)用層次分析法、專家打分法、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法等多種研究方法,對(duì)上海新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行定性和定量分析。首先闡述選題的背景、意義,通過資料查閱明確新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)及其產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的內(nèi)涵,準(zhǔn)確把握新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的特征;其次,明確波特“鉆石模型”的內(nèi)容及意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)找到可以用于評(píng)價(jià)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的指標(biāo),運(yùn)用層次分析法,構(gòu)建專門用于評(píng)價(jià)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的指標(biāo)體系,為后續(xù)工作做好鋪墊;然后,宏觀分析上海新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,利用先前設(shè)計(jì)好的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系并結(jié)合相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)及打分結(jié)果,對(duì)上海新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行定量評(píng)估,并與國內(nèi)其他試點(diǎn)城市做比較。最后,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)上海新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià),在此基礎(chǔ)上深入分析上海新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力水平測度;揭示了上海新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力不高的深層次原因,具體包括核心技術(shù)掌握能力較弱、市場環(huán)境較弱、自主創(chuàng)新能力欠缺等;提出了提升上海新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的策略及政策建議。論文運(yùn)用層次分析法構(gòu)建了新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并使用專家打分法、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法評(píng)價(jià)了上海新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力,提出了上海應(yīng)當(dāng)借鑒國際經(jīng)驗(yàn)、加強(qiáng)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)核心技術(shù)掌握能力、加強(qiáng)自主品牌培育及自主創(chuàng)新能力等觀點(diǎn),部分解決了上海新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力較弱的問題,在理論方法上具有一定創(chuàng)新意義。
[Abstract]:The new energy automobile industry is the major trend of the development of the global automobile industry. In China, because of the energy shortage and the serious environmental pollution. The development of new energy automobile industry is more urgent than other countries. Our country attaches great importance to new energy automobile industry, and clearly emphasizes the importance of new energy automobile industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan. However, compared with the developed countries, China's new energy automobile industry is still in a weak position. Shanghai is one of the first new energy vehicle pilot cities in China. The competitiveness of its new energy automobile industry is of great significance to China's new energy automobile industry. To improve its industrial competitiveness is an important link in the development of new energy automobile industry. The thesis takes Shanghai New Energy Automobile Industry Competitiveness Evaluation as the theme, based on the theory of industrial competitiveness, comprehensive use of Analytic hierarchy process. Expert scoring method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other research methods, the competitiveness of Shanghai's new energy automotive industry qualitative and quantitative analysis. First of all, the background and significance of the topic. The connotation of the new energy automobile industry and its industrial competitiveness is clarified through the reference of the data, and the characteristics of the new energy automobile industry competitiveness are accurately grasped. Secondly, the content and significance of Porter's "Diamond Model" are clarified. On the basis of this, combining with the literature to find the indicators that can be used to evaluate the competitiveness of new energy automobile industry, the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used. Set up the index system to evaluate the competitiveness of the new energy automobile industry, and lay the groundwork for the follow-up work; Then, macroscopically analyze the present situation of the new energy automobile industry in Shanghai, utilize the evaluation index system designed previously, combine the relevant data and score the result, carry on the quantitative evaluation to the competitiveness of Shanghai new energy automobile industry. And compared with other pilot cities in China. Finally, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the competitiveness of Shanghai's new energy automobile industry is evaluated scientifically. On the basis of this, the paper deeply analyzes the level of competitiveness of Shanghai's new energy automobile industry. This paper reveals the deep reasons for the low competitiveness of Shanghai's new energy automobile industry, including the weakness of the core technology, the weak market environment, the lack of independent innovation ability and so on. This paper puts forward the strategies and policy recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of Shanghai's new energy automobile industry. The paper constructs the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of new energy automobile industry by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and uses the expert scoring method to evaluate the competitiveness of the new energy automobile industry. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluates the competitiveness of Shanghai's new energy automobile industry, and puts forward that Shanghai should learn from the international experience and strengthen the core technology mastery ability of the new energy automobile industry. Strengthening the cultivation of independent brand and the ability of independent innovation partly solves the problem of weak competitiveness of Shanghai's new energy automobile industry and has a certain innovation significance in theory and method.
