【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對(duì)于提升農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)效率、改善農(nóng)民收入狀況、促進(jìn)農(nóng)村消費(fèi)動(dòng)力提升有著重要的意義。萬(wàn)州區(qū)位于長(zhǎng)江中上游,既是三峽庫(kù)區(qū)中部的經(jīng)濟(jì)中心,又是以農(nóng)業(yè)為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的地區(qū)。要實(shí)現(xiàn)萬(wàn)州區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整是關(guān)鍵。當(dāng)前,萬(wàn)州區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的效用沒(méi)有得到充分發(fā)揮,主要體現(xiàn)在種植業(yè)產(chǎn)值占農(nóng)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值比重64%左右,而林業(yè)、漁業(yè)、農(nóng)林牧漁服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)值比重合計(jì)僅為10%左右,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)各生產(chǎn)部門(mén)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)。因此,本文認(rèn)為,結(jié)合當(dāng)前的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境和農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo),科學(xué)合理地對(duì)萬(wàn)州區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整與優(yōu)化,具有十分重要的意義。本文結(jié)合萬(wàn)州區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和客觀實(shí)際,依據(jù)2010年至2015年相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),首先探究了萬(wàn)州區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的主要問(wèn)題,應(yīng)用定性與定量分析法剖析了萬(wàn)州區(qū)種植業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、畜牧業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、漁業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展情況,并將萬(wàn)州區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化情況與全國(guó)和重慶市的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化情況作對(duì)比分析;而后運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法、比較優(yōu)勢(shì)分析法深入剖析萬(wàn)州區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、種植業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)情況;最后基于萬(wàn)州區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的主要問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因,結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與優(yōu)化的原則,就如何調(diào)整與優(yōu)化萬(wàn)州區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)提出切實(shí)可行的建議。本文的主要觀點(diǎn)是:調(diào)整糧經(jīng)作物種植面積,擴(kuò)大瓜果、蔬菜等優(yōu)勢(shì)品種生產(chǎn),優(yōu)化種植業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu);畜牧業(yè)以無(wú)公害、綠色食品為主要生產(chǎn)方向,大力發(fā)展草食牲畜,實(shí)施適度規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖,林牧結(jié)合創(chuàng)新林下產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式;擴(kuò)大特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品種養(yǎng)規(guī)模,提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,創(chuàng)地區(qū)特優(yōu)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品牌,發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)。另外,本文還提出要積極培育新型農(nóng)民,提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)者素質(zhì),實(shí)施科技興農(nóng)戰(zhàn)略,以及大力扶持農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工企業(yè),推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的建議。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of agricultural industrial structure to improve the operating efficiency of agricultural production, improve farmers' income, has important significance to promote the rural consumption power. Wanzhou district is located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, the Three Gorges Reservoir area is the central economic center, and agriculture plays a leading role in the region. To realize the agricultural modernization in Wanzhou area, the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure is the key. At present, the industrial structure of agriculture in Wanzhou area is not reasonable, the utility of agricultural industry has not been fully, mainly reflected in the planting industry output value accounted for the proportion of total agricultural output value of about 64%, and the forestry, fisheries, animal husbandry and fishery services industry accounted for only about 10% of the total, the agricultural industry departments of production development. Therefore, this paper argues that, combined with the current environment of agricultural development and agricultural development goals, scientific and reasonable agricultural industry structure of Wanzhou area adjustment and optimization, is very important Meaning. Based on the development status of agricultural industry structure in Wanzhou region and the objective reality, according to 2015 2010 data, first explores the main problems of agricultural industry structure in Wanzhou region, using qualitative and quantitative analysis of planting industry structure in Wanzhou area, animal husbandry, fishery development structure and industrial structure of agriculture, and will make a comparative analysis of change of agricultural industrial structure situation change of agricultural industrial structure in Wanzhou district and the country and the city of Chongqing; and then use the method of grey correlation analysis, comparative advantage analysis of agricultural industry structure of Wanzhou District, the relevant circumstances of the planting structure; finally, based on the main problems of agricultural industry structure in Wanzhou region and the causes of these problems, combined with the adjustment and optimization of the agricultural structure principle, how to adjust and optimize the industrial structure of agriculture in Wanzhou District The feasible suggestions. The main points of this paper are: adjusting the crop planting area, expand the fruits, vegetables and other varieties of production advantages, optimizing the planting structure; animal husbandry to pollution-free, green food production as the main direction, vigorously develop herbivorous animals, the implementation of appropriate scale farming, forestry and animal husbandry with the development mode of industrial innovation forest; expand the characteristics of agricultural planting scale, improve product quality, create excellent brand of agricultural products area, the development of characteristic agricultural economy. In addition, this paper also proposed to actively cultivate new farmers, improve the quality of agricultural producers, the implementation of the science and technology strategy, and vigorously support the agricultural products processing enterprises, promote agricultural industrialization.
