【摘要】：一個城市的產(chǎn)業(yè)定位由它的資源稟賦和發(fā)展環(huán)境決定。在"一帶一路"倡議背景下,西北邊貿(mào)城市產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級獲得了良好的外部環(huán)境,但是由于其自身資源長期受到區(qū)域發(fā)展的限制,使得自身資源稟賦與外部環(huán)境對接出現(xiàn)了斷層。以新疆塔城市作為代表的西北邊貿(mào)城市表現(xiàn)出這一明顯特征。文章通過對塔城市的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、社會等方面進行梳理和研究,分析如何通過"內(nèi)地援疆"工程發(fā)揮塔城市的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和多元化文化資源稟賦的比較優(yōu)勢,提出塔城市未來產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展要確立科學的人本思想,依托東北現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)資源,建立以現(xiàn)代物流為基礎的國際供應鏈相關的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,以金融服務為龍頭的城市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展服務平臺,以特色文化為核心的文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)帶。
[Abstract]:The industrial positioning of a city is determined by its resource endowment and development environment. Under the background of "Belt and Road" initiative, the industrial transformation and upgrading of Northwest Frontier Trade City has obtained a good external environment. However, its own resources have been restricted by regional development for a long time. Make their own natural resources and external environment docking fault. Xinjiang Tacheng as a representative of the Northwest Frontier Trade City shows this obvious feature. The article through the political, economic, cultural Tacheng. This paper analyzes how to give full play to the regional advantages of Tacheng and the comparative advantages of diversified cultural resource endowment through the "inland aid to Xinjiang" project. It is proposed that the future industrial development of Tacheng should establish a scientific people-oriented idea, rely on modern industrial resources in Northeast China, and establish an international supply chain related industrial cluster based on modern logistics. Financial service is the leading service platform for urban industrial development, and cultural and travel industry belt with characteristic culture as its core.
