【摘要】：蔬菜是鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和日常生活的必需品,與其他傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)作物相比,市場化進程較快,在農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟中占據(jù)重要地位。蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展長期以來一直受到各級政府的高度重視,尤其是1988年以來,政府開展實施了“菜籃子”工程,極大推動了我國蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。長期以來,寧陽縣根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貙嶋H情況,一直把蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)作為重點產(chǎn)業(yè)來抓,制定各項相關(guān)惠農(nóng)政策,完善市場體系,全縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)保持了良好的發(fā)展勢頭。在2012年制定的全國蔬菜規(guī)劃綱要中,寧陽縣被評為蔬菜重點生產(chǎn)縣,促進了寧陽縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的進一步蓬勃發(fā)展,寧陽縣的蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)成為當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民增加收入新途徑和農(nóng)業(yè)增效的新亮點。首先,在查閱蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,闡釋了蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策三個概念,以及產(chǎn)業(yè)布局理論、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化理論和蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)效益影響因素理論。其次,通過實地走訪、問卷調(diào)查等形式,分析了寧陽縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,歸納總結(jié)了寧陽縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的主要問題。第三,通過實地走訪調(diào)研,發(fā)放問卷調(diào)查,收集了寧陽縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)影響因素的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運用SPSS19.0軟件對問卷調(diào)查所收集的數(shù)據(jù)做了因子分析,得到6個公因子對寧陽縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響程度的大小。最后,根據(jù)寧陽縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問題,結(jié)合實證分析結(jié)論,有針對性的提出寧陽縣進一步發(fā)展蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的對策。雖然寧陽縣在發(fā)展蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)的過程中暴露了一些問題,但是,寧陽縣具有自身的優(yōu)勢,面臨著千載難逢的發(fā)展機遇,發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?寧陽縣政府、蔬菜企業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織和菜農(nóng)應(yīng)當(dāng)團結(jié)一致,采取有效對策,將蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)做大做強。
[Abstract]:Vegetables are fresh agricultural products and daily necessities of life, compared with other traditional crops, the market quickly occupy an important position in the agricultural economy. The development of vegetable industry has long been highly valued by all levels of government, especially since 1988, the government has implemented the "food basket" project, which greatly promoted the development of our China's vegetable industry. For a long time, Ningyang County, according to local conditions, has been to the vegetable industry as a key industry to develop the relevant preferential policies, improve the market system, the vegetable industry maintained a good momentum of development. The national vegetable plan enacted in 2012, Ningyang county was named the county focus on the production of vegetables further, promote the vigorous development of vegetable industry in Ningyang County, Ningyang County, the vegetable industry has become a new bright spot of local farmers new ways to increase income and agricultural efficiency increase. First of all, on the basis of the vegetable industry in the relevant literature, interpretation of the vegetable industry, agricultural products, industrial chain, industrial policy and industrial layout of the three concepts, theory, theory of agricultural industrialization and vegetable industry benefit factors theory. Secondly, through field visits, questionnaire survey, analysis of the current development of vegetable industry in Ningyang county and summarizes the main problems facing the development of vegetable industry in Ningyang county. Third, through field investigation, questionnaire survey, collected in Ningyang county vegetable industry related data of influence factors, the use of SPSS19.0 software to the questionnaire data collected by the factor analysis, get the influence the size of 6 common development factor on vegetable industry in Ningyang county. Finally, according to the current situation and problems of the development of vegetable industry in Ningyang County, according to the conclusions of empirical analysis, put forward the further development of Ningyang county. In food industry. Although Ningyang County exposed some problems, in the process of the development of vegetable industry in Ningyang County, however, has its own advantages, facing rare opportunities for development, a huge potential for development, the Ningyang county government, vegetable enterprises, agricultural cooperatives and farmers should unite and take effective measures, the vegetable industry stronger.
