【摘要】：【目的】以奉節(jié)縣為研究對(duì)象,將生態(tài)敏感性評(píng)價(jià)和生物多樣保護(hù)功能評(píng)價(jià)納入評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,評(píng)價(jià)山區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地適宜性�！痉椒ā抗策x取包含自然、經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)3方面的13個(gè)彈性因子和3個(gè)剛性因子構(gòu)建山地城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)模型,采用層次分析法(AHP)為各彈性因子分配權(quán)重,利用ArcGIS的空間分析功能進(jìn)行運(yùn)算并將結(jié)果分為5個(gè)等級(jí)�！窘Y(jié)果】1)適宜建設(shè)用地和較適宜建設(shè)用地面積分別占區(qū)域面積的2.2%和4.18%,可建設(shè)用地少且空間分布不均,較為集中分布于朱一鎮(zhèn)、永安街道及魚復(fù)街道一帶;2)92%的建成區(qū)分布在適建區(qū)內(nèi)。絕大部分鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)建成區(qū)與適建區(qū)重合度較高,表明奉節(jié)縣的城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)受限制性條件約束小,布局較為合理。【結(jié)論】研究結(jié)果可為奉節(jié)縣的城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)提供較好的科學(xué)依據(jù),對(duì)于山區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)具有較好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:[objective] taking Fengjie County as the research object, the ecological sensitivity evaluation and biological diversity protection function evaluation were brought into the evaluation index system to evaluate the suitability of urban construction land in mountainous areas. [methods] 13 elastic factors and 3 rigid factors including natural, economic and ecological aspects were selected to construct the evaluation model of construction land suitability in mountainous cities and towns, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used as the distribution weight of each elastic factor. The results are divided into five grades by using the spatial analysis function of ArcGIS. [results] 1) the suitable construction land and the more suitable construction land area account for 2.2% and 4.18% of the regional area, respectively. The construction land is less and the spatial distribution is uneven, which is more concentrated in Zhuyi Town, Yongan Street and Yupu Street. 2) 92% of the built-up areas are distributed in the suitable construction areas. The coincidence degree between the built-up areas and the suitable areas in most villages and towns is high, which indicates that the urban construction in Fengjie County is limited by restrictive conditions and the layout is more reasonable. [conclusion] the research results can provide a good scientific basis for the urban construction in Fengjie County, and have a good reference significance for the evaluation of the suitability of urban construction land in mountainous areas.
