【摘要】：利用2014年云南和內(nèi)蒙古流動(dòng)人口動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)不同流動(dòng)模式下流動(dòng)女性的就業(yè)前景進(jìn)行比較研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),流動(dòng)人口家庭化發(fā)展對(duì)女性就業(yè)具有阻礙作用,單身女性就業(yè)概率最高,半家庭式流動(dòng)女性就業(yè)概率居中,舉家式流動(dòng)女性的就業(yè)概率最低。此外,隨遷孩子數(shù)量也是影響女性就業(yè)的主要因素,在流入地每增加1個(gè)孩子,女性就業(yè)概率降低18%左右。在流動(dòng)人口家庭化過程中,女性流動(dòng)人口不僅面臨著巨大就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,同時(shí)還要承擔(dān)更多的家庭責(zé)任。流動(dòng)女性就業(yè)劣勢(shì)可能會(huì)隨著流動(dòng)人口長期化發(fā)展得到一定程度的改善,在流入居住時(shí)間每增加1年,就業(yè)概率大致提高3%左右。
[Abstract]:Based on the dynamic monitoring and survey data of floating population in Yunnan and Inner Mongolia in 2014, the employment prospects of floating women under different mobility patterns were compared. The results show that the family development of floating population hinders the employment of women. The employment probability of single women is the highest, the employment probability of semi-family floating women is in the middle, and the employment probability of whole family floating women is the lowest. In addition, the number of children moved is also the main factor affecting the employment of women. For every additional child in the place of migration, the probability of employment of women decreases by about 18%. In the process of family transformation of floating population, female floating population is not only facing great pressure of employment competition, but also taking on more family responsibilities. The employment disadvantage of floating women may be improved to a certain extent with the long-term development of floating population, and the employment probability will increase by about 3% with the increase of residence time in one year.
