【摘要】：[目的]空間格局既是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支撐,也是區(qū)域的自然條件、區(qū)位條件的影響產(chǎn)物。研究以地理國(guó)情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),分析空間格局的形成因素以及與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的相互作用。研究提取瀘州市的城市發(fā)展空間格局,構(gòu)建空間格局影響因素集,包括中心城鎮(zhèn)影響、道路影響、河流影響等。[方法]該研究采用空間非線性方程,識(shí)別驅(qū)動(dòng)力的空間異質(zhì)性,并模擬范圍內(nèi)不同子區(qū)域的狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換差異。建立協(xié)方差矩陣,找出與空間格局變化具有相關(guān)性的影響因素,識(shí)別影響因素對(duì)空間格局的影響力大小。[結(jié)果]分析發(fā)現(xiàn),2010~2013年間瀘州市交通軸線沿線經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)總量和增長(zhǎng)速度的變化較快,瀘州市依托軸帶發(fā)展模式推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃已初見成效,沿長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶及沿川黔高速公路發(fā)展帶均已形成并開始對(duì)沿線經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展起到積極的帶動(dòng)作用。同時(shí)隨著瀘州市城市總體規(guī)劃和成渝經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)規(guī)劃的實(shí)施,沿長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶即橫向發(fā)展帶對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的帶動(dòng)作用將更加顯著,并且將在瀘州市未來發(fā)展中發(fā)揮重要作用。[結(jié)論]研究結(jié)果表明,建立空間格局的空間要素吸引力方程可以準(zhǔn)確地表達(dá)不同的空間要素對(duì)空間格局形成的作用力大小、作用力方向,可以更好地為空間規(guī)劃地制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:[objective] Spatial pattern is not only the support of social and economic development, but also the product of regional natural conditions and location conditions. Based on the monitoring data of geographical conditions, this paper analyzes the forming factors of spatial pattern and the interaction between spatial pattern and social and economic development. The spatial pattern of urban development in Luzhou City is studied and extracted, and the influencing factors of spatial pattern are constructed, including the influence of central cities and towns, the influence of roads, the influence of rivers and so on. [methods] the spatial nonlinear equation was used to identify the spatial heterogeneity of driving force and to simulate the difference of state transition in different subregions. The covariance matrix is established, the influencing factors related to the change of spatial pattern are found out, and the influence of influencing factors on spatial pattern is identified. [results] it is found that the total economic and social quantity and growth rate along the traffic axis of Luzhou City have changed rapidly during 2013. The planning of Luzhou City relying on the development mode of axial zone to promote economic and social development has achieved initial results. Along the economic belt of the Yangtze River and along the development zone of Sichuan-Guizhou Expressway, both the economic and social development along the Yangtze River and along the Sichuan-Guizhou Expressway have been formed and began to play a positive driving role in the economic and social development along the line. At the same time, with the implementation of Luzhou urban master planning and Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone planning, the driving effect of the Yangtze River economic belt, that is, the horizontal development zone, on economic and social development will be more significant, and will play an important role in the future development of Luzhou City. [conclusion] the results show that the establishment of the attraction equation of spatial elements can accurately express the force and direction of different spatial elements on the formation of spatial pattern, and can provide a better reference for the formulation of spatial planning.
