ZH公司MTC高速公路施工項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理研究

【摘要】:工程監(jiān)理制度自實(shí)施以來(lái),在保證建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量和安全等方面起到了極其重要作用,也提升了我國(guó)工程建設(shè)行業(yè)的管理水平。隨著改革逐漸進(jìn)入深水區(qū)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展的需求,政府加大了對(duì)高速公路項(xiàng)目的投資規(guī)模,同時(shí)在高速公路建設(shè)監(jiān)理工作中也出現(xiàn)越來(lái)越多的問(wèn)題。傳統(tǒng)的監(jiān)管方式已不能滿足現(xiàn)代化工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的需求,這就要求監(jiān)理行業(yè)必須由以往傳統(tǒng)的管理方式向精細(xì)化管理方式轉(zhuǎn)變。"精細(xì)化管理"是社會(huì)專業(yè)分工細(xì)化、社會(huì)服務(wù)質(zhì)量精細(xì)化的必然要求,同時(shí)也在我國(guó)高速公路建設(shè)監(jiān)理行業(yè)中有著異常重要作用,本文將通過(guò)分析精細(xì)化管理理念,對(duì)高速公路項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理工作進(jìn)行研究。本文以ZH公司MTC高速公路施工項(xiàng)目(以下簡(jiǎn)稱MTC項(xiàng)目)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)掌握MTC項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn),分析當(dāng)前監(jiān)理工作的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和影響因素。針對(duì)施工階段監(jiān)理單位實(shí)際工作中存在的問(wèn)題與不足,制定出"精、細(xì)、準(zhǔn)、嚴(yán)"的改進(jìn)措施與辦法,促進(jìn)"五控兩管一協(xié)調(diào)"工作內(nèi)容有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái),形成完整的鏈條式管理體系。運(yùn)用科學(xué)化、專業(yè)化、規(guī)范化的管理方式提升項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理管理水平,在為業(yè)主提供優(yōu)質(zhì)滿意的服務(wù)同時(shí)也希望能為提升ZH公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供一些現(xiàn)實(shí)參考。同時(shí),本文將對(duì)照合同內(nèi)容來(lái)優(yōu)化監(jiān)理工作方案,找出工作中存在的問(wèn)題與不足。針對(duì)MTC項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理組織機(jī)構(gòu)、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、學(xué)習(xí)形式、考核與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度、廉政教育等問(wèn)題提出改進(jìn)對(duì)策。通過(guò)"五控兩管一協(xié)調(diào)"工作促進(jìn)監(jiān)理單位進(jìn)行精細(xì)化管理,從而順利實(shí)現(xiàn)MTC項(xiàng)目的預(yù)定目標(biāo)。

[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the project supervision system, it has played an extremely important role in ensuring the quality and safety of the construction project, and has also improved the management level of the engineering construction industry in our country. With the gradual entry of the reform into the deep water area and the rapid development of economy, the government has increased the scale of investment in highway projects, and more problems have appeared in the supervision of expressway construction. The traditional supervision mode can no longer meet the needs of modern engineering construction projects, which requires the supervision industry to change from the traditional management mode to the fine management mode. " Fine management is the inevitable requirement of social professional division of labor and fine social service quality. At the same time, it also plays an extremely important role in the expressway construction supervision industry in our country. This paper will study the expressway project supervision work by analyzing the fine management concept. In this paper, the MTC expressway construction project of ZH Company (hereinafter referred to as MTC project) is taken as the research object, by mastering the characteristics of MTC project, the key points, difficulties and influencing factors of the current supervision work are analyzed. In view of the problems and shortcomings existing in the actual work of the supervision unit in the construction stage, the improvement measures and methods of "fine, accurate and strict" are worked out, so as to promote the organic combination of the contents of the work of "five control, two pipes and one coordination" and form a complete chain management system. Using scientific, professional and standardized management mode to improve the level of project supervision and management, not only to provide high quality and satisfactory service for owners, but also to provide some practical reference for improving the competitiveness of ZH company. At the same time, this paper will optimize the supervision work plan according to the contract content, and find out the problems and shortcomings in the work. Aiming at the problems of MTC project supervision organization, team building, learning form, assessment and reward system, clean government education and so on, this paper puts forward some countermeasures. Through the work of "five control, two management and one coordination", the supervision unit can carry out fine management, so as to realize the predetermined goal of MTC project smoothly.
