LOB初始調(diào)度方案工期優(yōu)化問題研究

【摘要】:重復(fù)性項(xiàng)目在工程項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)域十分廣泛,工期優(yōu)化調(diào)度是重復(fù)性項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究的熱門研究問題之一。目前國內(nèi)對一般的工程項(xiàng)目中的工期優(yōu)化問題有大量的研究和算法模型,在理論和應(yīng)用上都比較成熟。但是對于重復(fù)性項(xiàng)目中工期優(yōu)化問題的研究較少,特別是很多研究中都未考慮LOB中一類特殊的工序:逆控制工序:其工期變化反向影響項(xiàng)目總工期的變化?紤]逆控制工序的特殊性質(zhì)為工期優(yōu)化的問題提供了新的解決思路和更佳的解決方案。本文針對LOB方法給出的初始調(diào)度方案常常超出工期的問題,建立重復(fù)性項(xiàng)目中的工期優(yōu)化的間斷模型和資源調(diào)整模型。目的是在滿足項(xiàng)目合同工期要求的條件下,使得由于縮短項(xiàng)目總工期而增加的資源成本最低。首先考慮到逆控制工序的特殊性質(zhì),通過在逆控制工序中引入間斷改變其資源分布情況,從而縮短工期。該模型能夠在不增加任何資源配置的情況下達(dá)到縮短工期的目的。另外,本文針對更一般的情況建立了調(diào)整工作隊(duì)數(shù)目的工期優(yōu)化模型,針對不同的控制工序做出不同的調(diào)整方式,將LOB模型轉(zhuǎn)化為GPRs模型,并建立了GPRs網(wǎng)絡(luò)下的整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型,GPRs網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠很好地表示LOB方法中的時(shí)間約束關(guān)系,并且便于資源的調(diào)整。最后運(yùn)用實(shí)例證明上述模型能夠達(dá)到滿足項(xiàng)目合同工期并且增加的成本最少。間斷模型與資源調(diào)整模型各有優(yōu)點(diǎn),適用情況也有所不同,能夠很好地解決LOB方法初始調(diào)度超出工期的問題,有利于項(xiàng)目管理者在實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用不同方法解決不同的問題。
[Abstract]:Repetitive projects are widely used in the field of engineering projects. Schedule optimization is one of the hot research issues in the research of repetitive project schedule management. At present, there are a lot of research and algorithm models on the optimization of time limit in general engineering projects in our country, which are mature in theory and application. However, there are few studies on the problem of project duration optimization in repetitive projects, especially many studies do not consider a special kind of process in LOB: inverse control process: the change of time limit has a reverse effect on the change of total project duration. Considering the special properties of the inverse control process, a new solution and a better solution to the problem of time limit optimization are provided. In order to solve the problem that the initial scheduling scheme given by the LOB method often exceeds the time limit, the discontinuous model and the resource adjustment model for the optimization of the time limit in repetitive projects are established in this paper. The aim is to reduce the total project duration and reduce the resource cost under the condition that the project contract time limit is satisfied. Firstly, considering the special properties of the inverse control process, the time limit is shortened by introducing discontinuous changes to the distribution of resources in the inverse control process. The model can shorten the time limit without increasing any resource allocation. In addition, in view of the more general situation, this paper establishes the optimization model for adjusting the number of task forces, makes different adjustments for different control processes, transforms the LOB model into the GPRs model, and establishes the integer programming model under the GPRs network. The GPRs network can well represent the time constraints in the LOB method, and it is convenient to adjust the resources. Finally, an example is given to prove that the above-mentioned model can meet the project contract duration and increase the minimum cost. The discontinuous model and the resource adjustment model have their own advantages and different application conditions. They can solve the problem that the initial scheduling of the LOB method exceeds the time limit well, and it is helpful for project managers to apply different methods to solve different problems in practice.
