【摘要】：本文為探索最優(yōu)保障性住房的建設(shè)方式,通過利用層次權(quán)重決策分析法計(jì)算決策層中每個(gè)決策指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,從而選擇最優(yōu)保障性住房的建設(shè)方式——企業(yè)自建政府回收,從根本上平衡政府、居民與市場之間的關(guān)系。所選擇的最優(yōu)保障性住房建設(shè)方案不僅僅能節(jié)省國家財(cái)政支出,還能維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定團(tuán)結(jié)。并且在城鎮(zhèn)一體化的今天,做好城鎮(zhèn)居民保障性住房基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),以保障人民生活,提高城市人居環(huán)境,具有十分重要的社會(huì)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the construction mode of the optimal affordable housing, this paper calculates the weight of each decision-making index in the decision-making level by using the hierarchical weight decision-making analysis method, so as to select the construction mode of the optimal affordable housing-the self-built government recovery of the enterprise. Fundamentally balance the relationship between government, residents and the market. The optimal scheme of affordable housing construction can not only save the national financial expenditure, but also maintain social stability and unity. And in the integration of cities and towns, it is of great social significance to do a good job in the construction of affordable housing infrastructure for urban residents in order to guarantee the people's life and improve the living environment of the city.
