“全面二孩”背景下城鎮(zhèn)女性就業(yè)壓力與就業(yè)滿意度的新變化

【摘要】:"全面二孩"新政的實施,使得城鎮(zhèn)女性面臨新的生育與就業(yè)抉擇,因此,聚焦城鎮(zhèn)女性就業(yè)壓力與就業(yè)滿意度的新轉(zhuǎn)變,重構(gòu)綜合評價體系尤為必要。使用調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),分別借助有序Logit模型和半?yún)?shù)有序Probit模型,測度了城鎮(zhèn)女性的就業(yè)壓力,解析了就業(yè)壓力與就業(yè)滿意度的關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)。研究表明:"全面二孩"政策使城鎮(zhèn)女性更為關(guān)注工作生活平衡,同時面臨更大的就業(yè)壓力,就業(yè)滿意度感知更加敏感。其中工作生活平衡度和社會對話屬高顯著性指標,工作相關(guān)因素為一般顯著性指標,而人力資本和工作環(huán)境呈弱顯著性且有異動傾向。因此,要兼顧生育新政的平穩(wěn)落地與就業(yè)滿意度的有效提升,應(yīng)加快改善女性就業(yè)保護環(huán)境,有效管理就業(yè)壓力。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the new policy of "comprehensive two-child" makes urban women face new choices of birth and employment. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the new transformation of urban women's employment pressure and employment satisfaction, and to reconstruct the comprehensive evaluation system. With the help of ordered Logit model and semi-parametric ordered Probit model, the employment pressure of urban women is measured, and the correlation effect between employment pressure and employment satisfaction is analyzed. The study shows that "comprehensive two-child" policy makes urban women pay more attention to work-life balance, at the same time face greater employment pressure, employment satisfaction perception is more sensitive. Among them, work-life balance and social dialogue are highly significant, work related factors are general significant, while human capital and work environment are weakly significant and have a tendency to change. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the environment of female employment protection and manage the employment pressure effectively in order to balance the stable landing of the new policy of fertility with the effective promotion of employment satisfaction.
