【摘要】：中國(guó)的房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)了數(shù)十年高速發(fā)展階段,快速發(fā)展固然喜人,但是不能忽略發(fā)展道路上也遇到了很多問(wèn)題和困難,由現(xiàn)在的社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r來(lái)看,房地產(chǎn)被炒作的過(guò)熱就是一大突出的問(wèn)題。運(yùn)用分析和對(duì)比的方法,通過(guò)對(duì)比十年間房地產(chǎn)的投資增長(zhǎng)情況,分析房地產(chǎn)問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)狀和出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的解決措施。
[Abstract]:China's real estate industry has been developing at a high speed for several decades. The rapid development is certainly gratifying, but it cannot be ignored that many problems and difficulties have also been encountered on the road of development. Judging from the current social development situation, The overheating that real estate is hyped is a big outstanding problem. By using the method of analysis and comparison, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of real estate problems by comparing the investment growth of real estate in the past ten years, and puts forward corresponding measures to solve them.
