【摘要】：從人口、經濟、土地、社會、生態(tài)城鎮(zhèn)化及城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌等層面構建京津冀城市群新型城鎮(zhèn)化評價體系,結合熵值賦權法測度指標權重,利用協調發(fā)展度與空間自相關,探討2003—2012年10年間京津冀地級市新型城鎮(zhèn)化及各類型城鎮(zhèn)化協調發(fā)展程度的時空變化趨勢,研究表明:社會、經濟、土地城鎮(zhèn)化在京津冀新型城鎮(zhèn)化處于主導地位,城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌、人口、生態(tài)城鎮(zhèn)化作用不強,人口、經濟、生態(tài)、城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌處于不同程度增長趨勢,生態(tài)城鎮(zhèn)化增長凸顯,土地、社會城鎮(zhèn)化處于小幅下降;京津冀整體新型城鎮(zhèn)化及協調發(fā)展程度處于增長趨勢,天津增幅最大,石家莊、邯鄲、滄州次之,北京、衡水、唐山略顯滯后性;京津冀新型城鎮(zhèn)化空間上呈現由弱分化到隨機分布,再到緩慢集聚的變化過程,而協調發(fā)展程度呈現由強分化到弱分化,再到隨機分布的變化過程;以石家莊為分界線的京津冀北部新型城鎮(zhèn)化水平高于京津冀南部,新型城鎮(zhèn)化高值區(qū)格局由"北京單核"轉向"北京-天津雙核";協調發(fā)展度高值區(qū)位于以北京-天津雙核心區(qū)域,以承德和張家口為核心、衡水-邢臺-邯鄲-安陽相串聯區(qū)域為低值區(qū)。
[Abstract]:From the aspects of population, economy, land, society, ecological urbanization and urban and rural planning, this paper constructs a new urbanization evaluation system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, and measures the weight of indexes by entropy weighting method, and uses the degree of coordinated development to correlate with spatial autocorrelation. This paper discusses the temporal and spatial trends of the new urbanization and the coordinated development of various types of urbanization in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei during the 10 years from 2003 to 2012. The results show that the society, economy and land urbanization play a leading role in the new type of urbanization in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Urban and rural planning, population, ecological urbanization role is not strong, population, economy, ecology, urban and rural overall planning in varying degrees of growth trend, ecological urbanization growth highlights, land, social urbanization in a small decline; The overall level of new urbanization and coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is in the increasing trend, Tianjin has the largest growth rate, Shijiazhuang, Handan, Cangzhou, Beijing, Hengshui, Tangshan slightly lag; The new urbanization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei shows a process of change from weak differentiation to random distribution and then to slow agglomeration, while the degree of coordinated development changes from strong differentiation to weak differentiation and then to random distribution. The new urbanization level in the northern part of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is higher than that in the southern part of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and the pattern of high-value area of new-type urbanization has changed from "Beijing single nucleus" to "Beijing-Tianjin double nucleus". The high value region of harmonious development is located in the double core area of Beijing-Tianjin, Chengde and Zhangjiakou as the core, Hengshui-Xingtai-Handan-Anyang phase series region as the low-value area.
