【摘要】：隨著電商平臺(tái)在我國(guó)的蓬勃發(fā)展,給物流行業(yè)帶來(lái)了巨大發(fā)展機(jī)遇。由于我國(guó)市場(chǎng)規(guī)模優(yōu)勢(shì),物流產(chǎn)業(yè)近十年快速成長(zhǎng)。2015年,我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)總額達(dá)到了7.6萬(wàn)億元,占GDP的6.8%,成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),并超過(guò)美國(guó)成為全球第一大物流市場(chǎng)。在國(guó)內(nèi)物流企業(yè)快速發(fā)展,不斷向現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)邁進(jìn)的過(guò)程中,企業(yè)自身的諸多管理問(wèn)題也日漸暴露在公眾視野之中,對(duì)我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了不利影響。本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代物流管理思想,將科學(xué)管理方法與現(xiàn)代物流體系建設(shè)相結(jié)合,并以國(guó)內(nèi)物流行業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè)順豐速運(yùn)集團(tuán)為例,從物流各管理功能出發(fā),分析順豐速運(yùn)集團(tuán)物流管理現(xiàn)狀,找出存在的問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因,最終提出解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策,進(jìn)而解決順豐速運(yùn)集團(tuán)管理存在的問(wèn)題,為其他物流企業(yè)發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the booming development of e-commerce platform in China, the logistics industry has brought huge development opportunities. China's logistics industry has grown rapidly in the past ten years due to its advantages in market scale. In 2015, the total amount of logistics industry in China reached 7.6 trillion yuan, accounting for 6.8% of GDP, and has become a pillar industry of the national economy. And overtook the United States to become the world's largest logistics market. In the process of rapid development of domestic logistics enterprises and continuous progress towards modern logistics enterprises, many management problems of enterprises themselves are increasingly exposed to the public view, which has a negative impact on the healthy development of logistics industry in China. By using the modern logistics management thought, this paper combines the scientific management method with the construction of modern logistics system, and takes Shunfeng Group, a leading enterprise in the domestic logistics industry, as an example, starting from the various management functions of logistics. This paper analyzes the present situation of the logistics management of Shunfeng Express Transportation Group, finds out the existing problems and causes of the problems, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems, and then solves the problems existing in the management of Shunfeng Express Transportation Group, and provides reference for the development of other logistics enterprises.
