【摘要】：信息對網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織認(rèn)知模式形成的影響越來越大,網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織認(rèn)知影響甚至決定組織戰(zhàn)略的選擇�；诖�,文章從信息"公共性"與"專屬性"的角度,論證了信息從網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系到網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的價(jià)值創(chuàng)造能力,成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織認(rèn)知和決策的獨(dú)立要素,根據(jù)雙主體和多主體競合收益的數(shù)理分析結(jié)果,競爭合作的認(rèn)知模式是最優(yōu)的,通過零和競爭、兼并收購和互惠共生戰(zhàn)略的博弈均衡收益的計(jì)算分析,互惠共生戰(zhàn)略均衡收益點(diǎn)最高,印證了網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織的認(rèn)知模式的選擇。
[Abstract]:Information has more and more influence on the formation of cognitive model of network organization, and even determines the choice of organization strategy. Based on this, this paper demonstrates the value creation ability of information from network to network structure from the angle of "publicity" and "specificity" of information, and becomes an independent element of cognition and decision-making of network organization. According to the results of mathematical analysis of two-agent and multi-agent competing income, the cognitive model of competitive cooperation is optimal. The equilibrium income of game is calculated and analyzed by zero-sum competition, merger and acquisition, and reciprocal symbiosis strategy. The reciprocal symbiosis strategy equilibrium profit point is the highest, which confirms the choice of cognitive mode of network organization.
