青藏地區(qū)世居少數(shù)民族就業(yè)質(zhì)量狀況及影響因素分析--基于527名世居少數(shù)民族成員的調(diào)查

【摘要】:通過(guò)對(duì)527名世居少數(shù)民族成員的調(diào)查,基于工資報(bào)酬、就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的完全性、工作生活平衡度及職業(yè)發(fā)展等五個(gè)方面對(duì)就業(yè)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了實(shí)證描述,并從民族特征、宗教信仰等兩個(gè)方面界定了先賦因素,從技能培訓(xùn)、教育提升和信息傳播等三個(gè)方面界定了后致因素,通過(guò)回歸分析探討了這兩個(gè)因素五個(gè)方面對(duì)就業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響。研究表明,青藏地區(qū)世居少數(shù)民族就業(yè)質(zhì)量總體水平較低,先賦因素和后致因素對(duì)就業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響總體比較顯著。研究認(rèn)為,提高市場(chǎng)化程度,開(kāi)發(fā)一批符合當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際的產(chǎn)業(yè)及大力提高教育水平和完善培訓(xùn)機(jī)制有助于提高世居少數(shù)民族成員的就業(yè)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of 527 members of ethnic minorities, this paper describes the employment quality from five aspects: wage compensation, employment stability, the completeness of social insurance, the degree of work-life balance and career development. This paper defines the factors of preexisting in two aspects of religious belief, including skill training, education promotion and information dissemination, and probes into the influence of these two factors on the quality of employment through regression analysis. The study shows that the overall level of employment quality of the ethnic minorities living in Qinghai-Tibet is low, and the influence of the first factor and the later factor on the quality of employment is significant. It is believed that improving the degree of marketization, developing a group of industries which are in line with the local reality, improving the education level and perfecting the training mechanism will help to improve the employment quality of the members of the ethnic minority living in the world.
