【摘要】：城市擴展是城鎮(zhèn)化對土地覆被變化影響的響應(yīng),其動態(tài)過程具有典型的時空異質(zhì)性特征,21世紀以來我國的快速城鎮(zhèn)化進程為全球城市研究提供了良好素材與實證地域。該文緊扣城市擴展的時空異質(zhì)性特征,從過程格局和驅(qū)動機制兩方面對已有文獻進行梳理與總結(jié),并展望未來研究重點與方向,以期為解決中國城市擴展的現(xiàn)實問題以及踐行健康城市化之路提供參考。研究表明:1)在過程格局方面,區(qū)域尺度研究關(guān)注國家及地區(qū)在不同時期城鎮(zhèn)用地擴展的數(shù)量特征,個案尺度研究則關(guān)注城市擴展的空間異質(zhì)性,研究對象以東、中部大城市為主,遙感與GIS空間分析是其主要的數(shù)據(jù)源與技術(shù)手段;2)在驅(qū)動機制方面,外部機制研究充分討論經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、人口增長等社會經(jīng)濟因素對城鎮(zhèn)用地總量增長的影響,內(nèi)部機制則是城市擴展空間異質(zhì)性產(chǎn)生的動因,旨在從微觀層面揭示影響城鎮(zhèn)用地轉(zhuǎn)變的各類地理區(qū)位因子;3)未來應(yīng)注重發(fā)展結(jié)合中國城鎮(zhèn)化實際的理論分析框架,加強對小尺度區(qū)域及城市擴展重點、熱點區(qū)域的研究,并不斷突破均質(zhì)地域假設(shè),探討城市擴展影響因素作用效應(yīng)的空間異質(zhì)性特征。
[Abstract]:Urban expansion is the response of urbanization to land cover change, and its dynamic process has typical space-time heterogeneity characteristics. The rapid urbanization process in China since the 21st century has provided good materials and empirical areas for global urban research. Based on the characteristics of spatial and temporal heterogeneity of urban expansion, this paper reviews and summarizes the existing literatures from two aspects of process pattern and driving mechanism, and looks forward to the focus and direction of future research. In order to solve the practical problems of urban expansion in China and practice the road of healthy urbanization. The results show that: 1) in the process pattern, regional scale studies focus on the quantitative characteristics of urban land expansion in different periods of time, while case scale studies focus on the spatial heterogeneity of urban expansion, to the east of the study object. Remote sensing and GIS spatial analysis are the main data sources and technical means. 2) in the aspect of driving mechanism, the influence of social and economic factors such as economic development, population growth and other social and economic factors on the total increase of urban land use is fully discussed, while the internal mechanism is the cause of the spatial heterogeneity of urban expansion. The purpose of this paper is to reveal all kinds of geographical location factors that affect urban land use transformation from the micro level. 3) in the future, we should pay attention to the development of the theoretical analysis framework combined with the reality of urbanization in China, strengthen the research on small scale regions and urban expansion, hot spots, and break through the hypothesis of homogeneous region. This paper discusses the spatial heterogeneity of the effect of factors affecting urban expansion.
