【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),人們的收入增加,消費(fèi)水平及消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)也隨之發(fā)生變化,加上中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的置地置房觀念的影響,隨之而來(lái)的是房?jī)r(jià)的大幅度快速上漲。本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了宏觀調(diào)控政策的主要手段,分析了近幾年來(lái)房?jī)r(jià)的整體變動(dòng)趨勢(shì),引出隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的崛起,特別是近幾年來(lái)房?jī)r(jià)居高不下的問(wèn)題。同時(shí),也分析了房?jī)r(jià)居高不下對(duì)我國(guó)居民、企業(yè)、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's market economy and the advancement of urbanization, people's income has increased, the consumption level and consumption structure have also changed, and the influence of the traditional concept of land purchase and house purchase in China. What comes with it is the rapid rise in house prices. This paper briefly introduces the main means of macro-control policy, analyzes the overall change trend of house price in recent years, and leads to the rise of real estate industry with the development of economy in China, especially the problem of high housing price in recent years. At the same time, it also analyzes the negative impact of high housing prices on the residents, enterprises, social and economic development.
